It took me a long time to choose a company to attract a cue ball from the USA - it's important that I pulled it for myself, not for sale, maybe it somehow influenced the review. A friend advised westmotors, as he brought several cars with them and was satisfied. I also contacted them in early May 2024, communicated remotely - everything was smooth and accessible (all processes and document exchange were remote, which is very convenient), no need to waste extra time.
The selection began, I will not say that the manager helped me a lot in choosing a car, but he provided great support with checking the car for the seller, and sent me faxes on request. I myself was looking for options on the copart, which is fine in principle - do not think that someone else will do this job for you if you are looking for a car for yourself. After the winning bid, I made all the payments - cars, deliveries, services, fees and waited for the car. Another week passed, there was some kind of hitch, the car was parked in the parking lot, then in the port, then it was still unknown where, a month passed and June happened, everyone's sad Lithuanian sanctions package, when cars with a volume of more than 1.9 stopped being released from the port and they hung there, which is why the price of import increases by 5-6 thousand $ or even more. Remark - we initially ordered a car with a volume of 1.5, which in principle gave grounds to send it to Klaipeda and further to Minsk, there were no options at that time, the cars went without restrictions. There was a conversation with the manager, who explained that the booking had already been purchased and the car would definitely go to Klaipeda, which caused some concern, because while it was sailing, they might stop releasing 1.5. All this time, since June, I have been in the chat of sufferers who got into a situation where their car was stuck in a parking lot in Klaipeda and could not leave (being not a checkpoint according to Lithuanian concepts), all this time our car was sailing from 1.5, no one talked to me much anymore. I want to express my great gratitude to the support department (Yulia communicated with me) - she is a great fellow, give the girl a bonus. She helped with information, provided photos, guided by deadlines and generally provided real support - because when a car is sailing, sanctions are imposed, borders are closed, you can't do anything, you just worry and you want to get information that is not there and no one can give it, because no one knows anything. As a result, my car arrived in Klaipeda, left there and arrived safely in Belarus. Then the company provided support at customs - everything is very cool and fast - the service is excellent, but we took care of ourselves without benefits and therefore it's all much easier, as it seemed to us.
Let's move on to the most important part of the review - neither westmotors nor any other company will be able to help you if certain circumstances arise against you and you need to understand that when you order a car through "helpers" - that's what companies that carry cars are called - these are only logisticians and operators, they themselves turn to others companies that are engaged in transportation, etc. and so on. do not think that westmotors decides whether to let your car out of the Klaipeda port or not - they are in fact not responsible for anything - this is the whole point of ordering a car from the USA

If you are ready to turn a blind eye to all this and say save 3-4 thousand dollars, and somewhere between 10 and 20 thousand (depending on the car), then you should contact this company, in my case everything went smoothly, because I was driving 1.5, if I had won 2.0 at auction, then I would have gone into the red and the car would have cost me the price of one in Minsk, although such a car costs several thousand dollars cheaper on the market.
Would I recommend the company to my friends and acquaintances? Definitely yes, but everyone has their own experience and you need to think hard - are you ready to go this way without sedatives :D

After receiving the money ($900), they are not interested in you as a client. They do not fulfill their promises, it is impossible to win a car through them because they do not participate in the process in any way. I tried to reach them - as a result, nothing was done at all. It seems that everything is as it should be, people work, earn money, it turned out to be cheaper for me to take a car than I would look for the same in RB, but I would have to, because this is my wife's car and she liked it. The staff answered all questions, prompted and gave useful advice. The only thing that upset me was the waiting time: later they loaded, later they sailed, later they sailed to Rotterdam, and from there only 2 weeks later to Klaipeda, as if they were rowing on some kind of trawler) The price of delivery from Klaipeda changed at the last moment, not for the better, but how can you refuse at this stage?.. Almost all the money has been paid... However, they were delivered promptly, without unnecessary damage.
Conclusion: everyone did everything, the mood was positive when communicating, they did their job. The disadvantages were unforeseen expenses and the time spent waiting.

There were contacts and acquaintances of acquaintances, and someone else. But in the end, after talking with WestMotors about all the risks, about how they have established logistics, I decided that I would order through them. I have never regretted it.
In short: lots were selected according to agreed requirements, damage was assessed, and they helped determine the bid. Further. The payment has been arranged (the money will reach the USA for sure, a small commission). Escort has been established - there are a lot of photos to the ship, then the car was tracked on the ship by coordinates, after unloading in Klaipeda in 2 weeks they wrote from customs. In total, about 2.5 months. The company has its own employees at customs - they help with documents so as not to stand in queues at the window to the customs specialist while I was inspecting my car. Then they called that they could pick up the documents. By the way, they are also involved in unloading from the container. And my car had a dead battery (this is normal) and the front windows were open (they cannot be closed otherwise). So WestMotors employees wrapped the doors with a film from rain and snow. Thanks!

I called on the phone from the website and the first contact fell out with the manager Oleg. He explained to me in an accessible way how everything works. Considering that I have not quite decided whether I want a car from Europe or from the USA, I was given contact with a recruitment manager who is engaged in both directions. It was Andrey Ilyin. But let's continue. As a result, the choice fell on the states - given the profitability and the opportunity to expel a more respectable car with this money. Andrey and I started bidding on Copart. And quite quickly, a Merc suitable in all respects turned up. We won the auction. Again, I repeat, Andrey very confidently and calmly said that the car was ours) And even cheaper than the ceiling rate.
Then the next day it was necessary to pay the amount of the lot (car at auction) and collect the Copart, then pay for delivery from the auction location to Klaipeda. You make all transfers yourself through the appropriate banks with a minimum commission - this is also suggested by Westmotors.
When I made all the payments for tomorrow, I found out that everything was fine and the car is now mine for now in the USA)
Well, then the excitement and expectations began, and constant monitoring through the Westmotors website, where the car is located. It was delivered to the port of New York for 10 days. This time there is a minimum of information about the car. Upon delivery to the port, photos of the car appeared upon receipt and loading into the container. It's already calmer here) Moreover, the company's specialists are always in touch, helping and solving related issues. So, for example, some of the parts were put into the cabin without packaging (this can be seen from the photo from the port), they wrote to the port through logisticians, everything was packed and packed properly.
After waiting for loading at the port, the trip to Klaipeda began. The ship's path can be tracked by the container number either through the Westmotors website or through third-party sites. The car sailed for about 1 month. Here, of course, it was necessary to be patient) But there was time to fully explore the car and the upcoming investments. About a week before arrival, logisticians contacted me to process the documents for whom the car will be imported into the Republic of Belarus. By the way, everything was done remotely, you reset the photo of the documents, they send back a compiled document with the signature of the company.
Upon arrival of the car in Klaipeda, Andrey contacted me again and told me where and how much to pay for delivery from Klaipeda to Minsk. And here there was already a pleasant surprise, because the car arrived in 3 days at the SVH.
But even here, the participation of Westmotors did not end. They also (for a small fee) accompanied me to the SVH - where to go, how much to pay, made up bills in advance for all payments to customs and the SVH itself. In short, it was definitely more convenient than doing it myself, because after 4 hours from the moment of arrival, I examined my car!)

So the conclusion is simple, the main thing is to lure and get paid for your services, and then you can help yourself.
Later, it was strange for me that no one wanted to go to inspect the car, and for a week I persuaded them to inspect it.
The car was eventually found , a photo/video report was sent , there were no questions about the car until the car arrived .And well , another moment , I made an advance payment of 150 rubles and then two months after the full payment of the car I tried to take my money back.The main point is that the car turned out to be a mistake and not on the move.I suggested that this company close this issue , the decision is being made for a very long time, quite a lot of time has already passed .I spent 200 rubles to fix this problem.
I will add more, I ordered a couple of cars from this company before that and there were questions only about the delivery time, instead of 3 months, the cars went for 9 months, but at that moment there was such a situation all over the world, according to the managers of this company. + charged extra.a payment to speed up the process, although I think they should have paid extra for such a wild wait.

Calls to the company did not make it clear, but I eventually managed to find out that I ordered the service probably on the only site in the world where it is not provided automatically. That is, so that you understand, Carfax is being made by a certain specialist according to his own schedule. Of course, it doesn't work on weekends, but your money will be debited even at Easter) As a result, the payment was made on Saturday morning, and on Monday at lunch I was deigned to provide the paid service. Of course, it was no longer relevant to me. It seems that 19 rubles is not a lot of money, but the sediment remains. And whether this is a deception or incomplete information about the service provided will be decided by the relevant authorities.

Work experience: Westmotors works like in the 90s. You have no rights (and on their part, no responsibilities).
I independently chose and purchased a Toyota Highlander in the USA.
The company was only required to ensure safe delivery.
Everything will be beautiful until you give the money back.
1. The formation of tariffs is opaque.
The price was announced only when the car was already loaded into the container. And then, it was the price only "for half the way" - to Klaipeda. And when it arrives in Klaipeda, you will find out the second part of the price: from Klaipeda to Minsk.
As a result, the transportation cost almost 4 thousand dollars.
2. The company does not bear any responsibility for the safety of the machine.
When loading, the car had a perfectly clean interior. This is confirmed by photos taken by a representative of the company back in the USA.
When I arrived in Minsk, the salon was killed to zero - dirt, dust, stains all over the cabin, buttons, in the perforations of the seats.
The Westmotors throw up their hands and reply, "well, it happens." They offered to pay for dry cleaning, which, of course, did not eliminate the problem.
3. During transportation, a branded rug was stolen from the car. The company just doesn't react to it in any way.
4. During loading and unloading, the machine was bent from below. Now something is growling in the exhaust system.
The manager (Konstantin), who conducted the transaction, was very friendly and correct only until the moment of payment. Now he pretends not to read the messages.
Working with them, you will pay a lot of money without any guarantees.
If there are problems, you can stay one-on-one with them, like me.

1)The calculator on the website does not include delivery from Klaipeda to Minsk, the cost of delivery will be announced upon arrival of the car at the port from 1000€;
2) Fees for transferring money for a car or delivery can reach 10% of the amount;
3) Shipping is paid to their related company in Europe, the shipping cost is not transparent! As much as they say, that's how much it will cost. If you delve into the cost of delivery yourself, it becomes clear what westmotors earns. At this point, they earn at least $ 1000-1500 for you, but you won't know about it;)
4) There is no individual approach, no one will sit and trade your car to save your money. Basically, you will lose all the trades, because the amount that you name will be bet and that's it, then you will find out that the car goes to another with a bet of $ 100 more!
5) If you want to speed up the purchase process, you will have to sit and look at acceptable options yourself
6) After winning the car, a screenshot with the winning bet was sent, and the bid car website shows an amount of $ 400 less... let's believe that this is a site error, and not the greed of westmotors;
7) Do not even ask the managers about the approximate cost of restoration work and spare parts! You won't get any information, you have to understand for yourself! And then anything can come out during the repair process.
The guys who organized this company are certainly well done, everything is put on stream! They solved the problems with registration on copart and iaai, they solved the money transfer and logistics- that's what they earn!
In the end, you will get a car, but by overpaying) the official amount of their services is just a formality!

The car was delivered as promised +- 3 months
Everything was done well , all my meticulous questions were answered , manager Andrey helped in the selection of cars and found the maximum history of the car , found the equipment I needed and the engine with minimal damage . Thanks a lot to Andrey!
P.s if you have made insurance, inspect the car for damage and draw up an act, then there is a chance to get money, after leaving the SVH and without the act, no one will even listen, I unfortunately did not do this
During loading / unloading, the rear lever was bent, most likely with a pitchfork , minor damage to the bumper in front / rear, damage to the front wing, cables with which the car was attached in the container !
