After the purchase, I began to study this type of damage and found a lot of articles that it is better not to buy a car with this type of damage. It's strange that the manager didn't know about this. As a result, I got into a very expensive repair. I didn't get any answers to my questions about the markings on the car window either, although I later found them on the Internet on my own. How can you not know that? The interior was damaged during transportation. There was no damage in the auction photo. My question about the request to the transport company was refused. Personally, I know cases when the transport company reimbursed the damage. You just need to do it. In general, perhaps it all depends on the specialist you work with.
I recommend the company of professionals. I ordered several cars from South Korea, initially we sent detailed photo / video information about the car. Delivered on time, additional. no payments were made!

The second fit of the car, I drove the first one with another company, I will not advertise, it's just less publicized and almost unheard of. Something I liked there, something I didn't, I decided to contact the giants of Westmotors.
At the conclusion of the contract, everything is fine, the managers know their business, and after signing, terrible emotions began when working with this desk.
1) manager Artyom - they painted him as a super recruitment specialist, he knows everything so cool. We called up, determined the range of what was needed and began to select, threw off offers of everything in a row that is necessary and what is not necessary, choose for yourself what is necessary and what is not, i.e., we did not do our job on selection, but even exceeded it. If I myself found 2 cars from the selection according to our parameters for a week, then he threw off 20 options, and then he agreed with those that I had chosen in advance, but a cool option, as it was clear, they found the impossible possible, the choice was very large, although to a greater extent it was not what was needed. Of course, the questions about repairs are abstract, there is no way to make a defect in the photo, but there was little help here, and probably it should not have been and it is not realistic to fully do it. The selection criteria changed periodically, just Artyom suggested in which direction you can watch more - this is a plus. There was one cool version of the mustang, I really wanted to take it, and I could buy Buy Now, but when I started to look closely, I did not understand the box there was a mechanic or a machine gun, the mechanics would immediately pass, I asked the mechanic or the machine gun - I never found out what kind of box was actually there, it's a pity they did not sell the car because of this. In general, pick up yourself with some friends who are in the field of car repairs, preferably in the body shop, perhaps they will help with the defect, but again everything is abstract, because the photos leave much to be desired at the auction that in the port.
2) we won the car, of course, Carfax was thrown off only after the purchase, we were lucky that there were no surprises, in general, what we were ready for came, I don't think they are in any fit of a broken car. Then I paid everything on time, and the car left for the port, as a result, I waited for loading for more than a month in a port in the USA, the delivery is God's level, but at least they sent it from the states, it was January, they delivered it and okay, as if this is their job, thank you for everything that came.
3) the car arrived in Klaipeda, and we were presented with additional payments (there was already a situation with sanctions), they took our word for it, paid the main thing so that they could be brought faster. At that time, they were picking up details for restoration, communicating with people from different companies around the city, someone drove himself through companies, but everyone was talking about big difficulties with delivery, it was understandable, it was impossible to delay, they would have said $ 1000 to pay extra, nerves would be more expensive. The only thing that bothered me was that initially there was a delivery for one price tag, then additional payments, the company is allegedly not to blame for anything, only I as a consumer am to blame, and I have to atone for my guilt with a coin for an additional payment.
4) the car arrived, of course, without keys, although they were 100% in the US port in the photo, they asked Artyom, said that it happens, there's nothing to do, no one is responsible for this, this is just my problem, my money, it's good that the company worked great and they have nothing to do with it.
Then I did the repairs myself, they did not have such a service at that time, they said it at the conclusion of the contract, well, okay, they were ready for this immediately when signing the contract.
Bottom line: I don't see any point in working with them, I don't advise any of my friends and relatives, all they do is just consult, drop links to different options, and that's it!
Maybe someday I'll decide to bring a car from the USA, but definitely not through west motors. There was a feeling that this was too big a company and too many customers to meet the needs of everyone, but these were just thoughts out loud.
In general, the main thing is that the car arrived, the car without any stressful moments of repair, basically what I was ready for, except for the keys, which of course upset not bad. The company has fulfilled everything under the contract, yes, I think any company can do just as well. Personally, I didn't like working with west motors

The car was picked up back in January, everything was paid on time .... and the long months of waiting began!!!! It is clear that it is not an easy time, sanctions, etc. But... She sailed out of America for two months...and then 4 to the destination... We were told the container number only when the car was about to sail to Klaipeda.... I will not remember how they announced that the car was in Klaipeda and began to calculate the surcharge, but in the end it turned out that the container was unloaded somewhere.... Mistake! In general, there are no words!!! Top-level specialists!!!! And finally, the 2018 year of the car turned out to be the 11th month of 2017!!!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone! If it weren't for the border crossing situation (early February 2022), the car would have arrived 2 weeks faster. I ordered a Mustang with the help of this organization. Initially, tk trusted them. At the first meeting, they seemed very competent in communication. During the selection process, not the most liquid options were thrown off (I had a manager, Artyom), it seemed that I wanted to figure it out quickly and forget about me, although the search went on for 3 weeks. As a result, I found an option that suited me for damage, although the price was not small. From a conversation with the manager, I realized that in his opinion this price is normal and there is no point in looking for a better one. As a result, I bought it at the end of March and waited. The car arrived at the end of June due to some delays in the port. When the car arrived, the damage to the paint turned out to be more than planned (chips, scuffs). By the way, all customs procedures went smoothly and without headaches. But for storage in the port, I had to pay + 350 dollars (no one warned about such costs that they could arise), also about $ 300 more came from somewhere on top, I still did not understand where or because of the conversion during the payment process, or something else. Also, I paid + 35 dollars for the transfer of money to the auction and 70 rubles to the declarant (no one warned about this) a trifle against the background of the principal amount, but still. As a result, about $660 of unplanned expenses. I also looked at the auction results for similar cars that came to the Republic of Belarus and realized that I bought a car very expensive. In a similar configuration and with similar damages, people found cars 4-7 thousand cheaper. West Motors themselves bought a Mustang for sale in March without damage for an amount slightly higher than I did with damage, now it is on sale, so I know about it.

The price for the car corresponds to these damages, which was congratulated on the successful purchase by an employee of the company Andrey. There were a lot of photos taken before loading into the container, but none of them revealed the truth. And then there were surprises. It turns out that the true engine volume is not 1.5 liters, but 1508 cubic meters.See, and this is a completely different customs clearance - even with the account 140 of the Decree, I overpaid 610 euros. Andrey knew this perfectly well, but all the preliminary expense tables were sent to them for a smaller volume. Andrey began to blame this misunderstanding on customs, saying that they consider one to be up to 1,500 cubic cm, the other as it should be. And he also suggested contacting a Russian dealer for help, saying they write less than 1,500 cubic meters. Maybe they write, but I found out about the need for a certificate from an official dealer when the car was parked in Kolyadichi for the 4th day, by the way, at the same time I learned from a specialist of the customs escort company that it had arrived (there is no information on moving from the port to Minsk at all). And I don't really believe about Russians. But in general, this is a direct deception. I clarified at customs - only 1508.
Well, about that "successful purchase" that I drove to the service station yesterday, even to me it is not clear to an expert that the repair will result in serious money, the entire lower engine part is damaged - the engine mount, radiator, gearbox, a bunch of levers. I understand perfectly well that there is always a risk with such purchases, but when the car was initially listed as defective, and an employee of the company recommends not to pay attention to it, the competence of such an employee becomes clear, and the meaning of the company's work. In general, I do not recommend using this company, maybe earlier when it was necessary to create a good image of yourself, everything was different there, now it is not.

But there are several "buts":
1 - they imposed a different color of the car, because there was no color in the color I needed at the moment or did not want to bother. From the very beginning of the relationship, there was a feeling that it was being done so that I would fall behind sooner.
2 - The estimated cost of restoring the machine was mistakenly given TWICE. Although, I've told them more than once that my budget is not rubbery. As a result, instead of 300-400k, the repair of the car came out in 780k. Not a weak mistake.
So, they will bring the car, but what they will say about the repair price is not true.
