06/29/2024 we celebrated graduation with our parents. we had to postpone the time the day before, when the table was already ordered, but they met us halfway (thanks to the administration)
at 2 p.m. on a weekday, we were the only visitors. no one met at the entrance (should they have or not? in other reviews they wrote that they had met)
Only reserved tables were set in the hall, not all of them (this is what distinguishes the restaurant from the cafe). After placing the order, we were not told how long to wait, the waitress left and that was it.
Forks from different sets, poorly washed, with streaks. each visitor's place was served with a glass of about 200ml for white wine and a stack. I chose
white wine (which was later served to me in a huge 500 ml glass for red), my parents chose vodka. They brought pink wine instead of white.
When asked by the waitress, "Is this white wine?", she replied, "they poured white wine." I did not argue, although doubts crept in. As a result, after payment, the receipt indicated rose wine.
They didn't take the stack from me, as well as the glasses from my parents (then why would they stand empty
if we had already made an order? why haven't they been removed?). There were no glasses for drinking water, I had to drink it from untidy glasses.
The ceiling light above our table gave away the plight of the establishment.

(probably hungry) throughout the entire feast, and then for some reason a cleaner appeared in the middle of the empty hall, endlessly tugging at the bucket, as if trying not to interfere, mopping the floor.
In the kitchen: mushroom cream soup is excellent, balanced, but a little thin.
Sea bass in honey glaze - there was no glaze, just a sweet crust, the fish is fresh.
Broccoli with parmesan - too much oil, everything flowed...
homemade hodgepodge with smoked meat - only one smoked meat for the whole soup, it was also the only meat, liquid.
Borscht (without pampushki) is a beautiful serving, too much pepper, very sour (vinegar can be less)
Grilled vegetables are absolutely grilled, eggplant is almost nothing but embers...
Neck steak with berry sauce is the most successful dish. The meat is fried evenly, juicy, the sauce is more sweet than sour, but this is for an amateur.
Caesar salad is a coarse cut, not very convenient to eat, otherwise acceptable.
Mashed potatoes were an obvious fiasco that the staff refused to acknowledge. Heterogeneous. It is too salty to such an extent that it is impossible not to wince when another portion gets into your mouth.
We sent greetings to the cook through the waitress. "Okay, I'll tell you," was the reply, and there was no further information from the waitress about the cook or a visit from the cook himself.
They ignored the remark in this way.
In the receipt for borscht without pampushki (to which we agreed), a third portion of bread was included in the bill (we ordered two, but paid for three, and did not bring the third), pink wine was poured instead of white wine, the receipt indicated the cost for pink.
I conclude that there is laxity on the part of the management, who do not care about the kitchen and service. (if only the visitors were according to the dress code (observation from other reviews))
I am very upset that I did not check the place before inviting my parents to the celebration. The mood of the parents was saved by strong alcohol, even the tip was left to the waitress.
But I didn't drink, so I can't let go of the situation.

Very big questions remained after visiting this institution. We still need to try to find such a level in Minsk ... we ruined the whole mood with our dress code, sending home to change clothes. It's funny to look at the level of the establishment when there was no such thing in Michelin-starred restaurants. There is a guard at the entrance, who immediately attentively examines you from head to toe, checking your appearance. The director argues for such a strict dress code by avoiding conflicts and fights. Although this situation has already led to conflict and the unwelcome behavior of the guests.
It is a very pleasant and sincere place where you want to come back again and again.
As a regular guest of this institution, I can see the changes associated with the new management. Due to the clear coordination in management, changes for the better are noticeable. It's like "before" and "after". A pleasant "after" has a positive effect on the final result.
In February of this year, we ordered a banquet for 15 people. Everyone was very satisfied! On behalf of all the guests present, I would like to express my gratitude to the new management for their well-coordinated work: for the attentive attitude of the staff, for the musical accompaniment and, of course, for the sincere atmosphere!

On 04/20/2024, we attended a banquet at the Whitehall restaurant. Our guest was not allowed into the establishment, allegedly she was wearing outerwear (although she was wearing an elongated jacket). There was a small conflict. We called the administration. Director Bazan Vladimir Yurievich came out and he behaved rudely, to put it mildly. Instead of smoothing out the conflict, he was rude and evaded the answer. As a result, we wrote a complaint in the book of comments and went on to celebrate (I attach the answer to this complaint, it also speaks about the level of this institution). But our so-called "adventures" did not end there. Later, my husband was walking with juice in his hands and was not allowed in by security (although the administrator gave us a list of what can and cannot be carried). In order to avoid conflict, the husband gave the juice to the cloakroom attendant, but they still wouldn't let him in for the reason: "you behave inappropriately" (for a moment, he had a birthday, a banquet for 20 people and he behaved normally). As a result, the evening was ruined. I will never go to this institution again and will not advise anyone (by the way, the kitchen is for an average four and the waiters did not bother much with cleaning the tables).

We celebrated a holiday in this institution and the impression was not particularly good. Of the advantages, the only thing I can note is that the separate hall is small for the celebration and the interior is good in general. That's where the advantages end.
We ordered a menu for 800 rubles, there was enough food so that it was very mediocre, and some of it was generally cold. Live music, if you can say so, of course, the bartender moves from the counter to the DJ's console, that's all. The service is also God forgive me, the waiter came in a couple of times just to take the dishes and that's it, no dirty plates to take away and so on. We paid 2 rubles from each person for cutting our own products, which we will bring to the table. It would be better to cut them themselves, because they took our own products for at least 50 rubles. There are just no words, only emotions from this "good" place.
