I ordered shoes for myself for the new year, I really wanted to pick them up, so without waiting for my day off, I came to pick up the order after work. After bringing the order, the staff asked to check the product before fitting for defects, after reviewing the product and not finding any visible defects, I went to the fitting room. After trying on one shoe, I immediately realized that they were narrow for me. I tried on the second pair, they suited me, decided to take some away (although they had minor scratches on the heel and insole, I informed the employee about this before fitting), and refuse the second ones. By returning to the staff and telling them about it. They began to inspect the returned pair for a very long time, rubbing it with some kind of cloth. And a small white spot appeared on the heel, after that they said that I had to buy back both pairs because I had ruined the goods. Refusing to buy shoes that didn't fit me, I asked for a book of complaints. The staff refused, started calling someone, they were told by phone to debit money from the card, without my consent. Upon hearing this, I immediately transferred the money to another card and said that I would not pick up any goods at all. A young man came, did not immediately introduce himself (then it seemed that it was the owner of the pick-up point), began to be rude, insulted, said that we were not sober and there was a smell of alcohol (although we arrived by car, my husband took me from work at the wheel). Hatya himself, during the conversation, emitted an incomprehensible smell similar to the smell of compaction of alcohol. Twirling in his hands, he found a scuff on the backs that was not there, and immediately even his most attentive staff did not find it, accused me of spoiling the goods. My husband and I left there with a very spoiled mood, there was no desire to order anything at all on Valberis.
Employees came and started receiving goods, they waited until the goods were given 20 minutes, because one employee could not find the goods in the warehouse,two employees also joined the search, they also searched for a long time, as long as possible, 3 people searched for the goods for a long time, and not a small bag of some kind, but a large mattress, okay this,we will survive, but go out and look for excuses by the fact that they have one PVZ for the entire area, when people know how to use the map and see that there are already 4 of them on the map, without leaving the area, and also be careful that your goods may not be damaged in the road itself at the storage site, since so throw out boxes in boxes of goods in front of those who came for their goods, there is even more noise in the warehouse from how they threw goods when they were looking for ours!!!!

And the young man (as I understood it, it was the owner) generally has strange methods of working with clients. After I tried on the items and they didn't fit me, I gave them to an employee to issue a refund. After that, the employee began to carefully inspect things for defects, every 5 minutes at least. It felt like he was specifically looking for a defect. And I found... on the last thing....a small dot that is difficult to see with the naked eye. He said it was non-refundable and I had to buy it back! To my answer that I would not buy back the thing that did not fit me, he said that he would now call the police for spoiling it. What do you mean?? Not seeing anything, not holding my hand, of course, nothing is visible on the cameras either, he accuses me of damaging property and threatens to call the police! What kind of method is this to force a purchase??? And why does it go unnoticed??? I would also like to note that the bags containing the items were all covered in dust. As I understand it, the sanitary condition of the utility room leaves much to be desired... and then they will also accuse you of soiling the goods with dirty hands from packages and tell you to buy it back!
