I didn't find any information anywhere in the product card that it was non-refundable, so I boldly tried on a smaller model, went out and told the employee that I wanted to pick up a new swimsuit, and return the last one. The manager, without clarification, silently wrote off the money for the product, and said that the swimsuits could not be returned. Then I say that I will not take today's one, but the last one remains with me. To which she replies that she has already written off a new one, and it has also become irrevocable. To my request to cancel the write-off, which occurred due to her mistake and inattention, she advises me to write to technical support.
And now I've been writing my complaints to support for more than 2 weeks and I can't get an adequate response.
Why should I lose a lot of money because of the incompetence of an employee, and tech support will just throw up their hands and say that they can't help in any way?!
The girl who issues orders is not very tactful, there were a lot of orders, she did not even offer a package, I asked if there were paid ones, which also received a not very pleasant answer, and in the razlevalki it would be possible to wash the floors, I think it would be much more comfortable
A normal point, employees often change, but everyone is polite, the point is clean.

The product came to this department, but when I came for it, the staff could not find the product that came to them at the department. They said, "we'll call you as soon as we find it, come back later" 😆
And instead of my order, they gave me someone else's. I saw later at home that it wasn't mine. I had to go and return it in good faith.
The next day, my order was found, and I had to go for it again.

I just picked up an order from this pvz. In my order there were 6 sets of 2-bed linen, and I was given only one package. Attention 1 package for 6 sets. Motivating this by saying one person is one package. What kind of quality of service can we talk about!? If an employee of this PVZ refused me an elementary package. Well, a man gave me his 1 package, but I had to give up 2 sets at the post, since I had nothing to carry. And I ordered, mind you, not for one thousand tenge!!! And I felt sorry for the package . Next time I'll order home delivery, let them suffer. I also hope that the employee who gave me the order will be fined, and whoever came up with such a norm will be kicked out in the neck. The order was fully paid, that is, all 6 sets. And I took only 4. The money has still not been returned!!!! And also, at my request to sell me at least 2 more packages, the employees of this PVZ refused. I really hope that the company will pay attention to this, to the behavior of its employees.
