I don't use the services of Wildberries and this item very often, but I still made a few purchases.A young man and a woman work at this address. Both are always friendly. They let you go quickly.Attentive to customers. Perhaps the only wish, I came in rainy weather for an order.I had to put my bags on the floor, as there is not even a small bench or stand to put my things while checking and opening the delivered packages with goods.
It looks like a lot of space, but it's no use... There's a constant smell inside. There is no separate warehouse. All the goods are in the hall. The operator is constantly running between clients checking boxes that are lying around without a system, as he cannot find what he needs. I've been here 2 times, and I realized that it's better not to order anything at this point, because of everything above, the queues are huge, there's a lot of fuss, and they may not find the goods yet.
A beautiful pick-up point. Convenient location for the residents of the area. Friendly employees. Many thanks to employee Karina for her help with the product. A very competent and friendly employee. I will order now only through this point.
The first time everything was fine - there was no queue and a friendly girl at the checkout. But today, on 21.07, we faced a completely boorish attitude on the part of an employee of the issuing point, who could not substantiate her requirements with regulatory documents, but was rude to all questions. This is the first time I have encountered this, although I have been serviced at other WB points for a long time. There is no longer a desire to visit this pick-up point, especially since there is another one within walking distance, where there have been no maintenance problems for many years.
A terrible employee!!! Not a competent and not a pleasant girl. I ordered a phone case. On July 27, I went to pick it up, when I received it, I began to open it to check, to which the employee began to show me that I could open the package and check the case only after payment. On what basis? After my reply that I should make sure of the proper quality, that it was a suitable model, she began to present that as she sent it back if the box was opened... Excuse me? I can't check the product at the pick-up point before payment, but I have to pay for it, then check it and then, if necessary, create a refund request? Then she started to show me that if suddenly, for some reason, I don't like the color, or something else, then I will have to pay for this product, no matter what, because I opened the package. It completely shocked me. After our dispute about checking the goods on the spot, I told her that at all pick-up points they let me check the goods, to which she told me to go to another point then, and order there, and why did I come to this pick-up point at all?. Is this an acceptable communication between an employee and clients? Of course, I have no desire to come to this pick-up point anymore. It is better to go further away, but where there are more friendly, pleasant employees, and not those who are rude and rude to you.
