I've always liked this pick-up point. Always culturally, carefully.
There were no packages last time. OK, but it was said in such a tone, as if I had asked for money.
As a result, I had to carry a lot of everything, literally stuffing it into all my pockets, cramming the bag in my hands.
But today I was in shock.
Not only did they almost yell at me that I couldn't return the cookies (everything was broken and someone had opened the package before), but while at the pick-up point, I watched a picture of a girl opening a customer's package under the table. When a colleague said that it was kind of impossible, there was a comment that she was standing with her back to the camera, so you couldn't see what she was doing.
Well, it's like this, gentlemen, if my orders are opened like this, looked at, sprayed (in this case, like perfume), etc. But the most epic thing is that they didn't mind that I was standing, even with my back to them, and I could hear everything!
And I would like to see an official notification that you cannot leave a package, paper, box, etc. at the point, in general, packaging.
Always friendly, friendly staff. They issue an order quickly. Even during rush hours, the queue is not going to. Clean, comfortable fitting rooms. There is a water cooler freely available.
The girls at the PVZ are very pleasant and polite. The office itself is also great, large, there is even a children's corner, you can take a child for 5 minutes.
