I believe that such partners should not be given the opportunity to work under the name Wildberries. There was a large order, part was refused, the second part was taken away. One of the goods that the representative refused was held as accepted, the money was debited from the card, and the goods remained at the point. We found out about this only after a few days, and we found out ourselves in the application, no one called us. When we came to the pick-up point to sort it out, we were told to pick up the goods and deal with the return themselves, because the goods turned out to be non-refundable. We wrote to support to resolve this issue. There is no answer yet. We went to this pick-up point a month later, and received only a boorish attitude. The representative stated, and I quote: "we do not need such buyers! Change the pick-up point." Which ones are they? I.e. she decided for the whole Wildberries which buyers are suitable and which are not. Let him put up a sign at the entrance which customers can come. I hope our experience will help others avoid such a situation, and it is better to bypass this pick-up point.
