We were in Pattaya from 17.04 to 23.04.24. It is convenient to relax, there is a swimming pool, the water is clean, warm, very pleasant. The pool is from 8 to 20-00. The room has a shower, a bathtub, two beds, a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, a balcony, air conditioning. The bed linen is clean, snow-white. Cleaning every day, beds are made, fresh towels. They do not provide soap, toothbrushes, paste, you need to buy it yourself or take it with you. The staff is pleasant, friendly, ready to help. Thanks for the service. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Near the exchanger, restaurant, fruit shops, massage. The territory is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is included in the price. For breakfast, rice, sausages, pasta, lettuce, fresh cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, gravy with chicken, broth, scrambled eggs, tea, milk, coffee, juice, fruits watermelon, pineapple, tangerines. You can make toasts with butter, strawberry and peach jam. So you can have a good meal for breakfast.

We stopped by on August 16, 2024. We stayed at this hotel for 13 days.
We settled in building "D " in corner room 4416, 4th floor.
Minuses:
The furniture in our room was battered and old.
There were no shower curtains in our shower, water splashed on the floor.
Breakfast at the hotel is meager and usually the same: scrambled eggs, sausages, rice, greens, noodles. Coffee, tea, orange juice. Of the fruits, only watermelon and sour pineapple.
There is a bar, but there is only beer and juice. There are about five positions in total.
There is only one Russian program "Russia 24" on TV.
The pool is open until 20.00, then it is fenced off.
A gecko was seen in the room once, running along the wall, a harmless animal, they say it's a good omen.
The micro-ants in the bathroom don't really bother.
The hot water in the bathroom is slightly warm, but you can wash yourself.
The air conditioner in our room was barely cooling.
The bed linen is sometimes stained, although clean.
Soap, shampoo, toothpaste and a brush are not given out at all, although liquid soap is poured into the dispenser. There is always toilet paper in the toilet.

Information for those who are in Pattaya for the first time. Please note that no one swims on the sea in the city, there are practically no people on the beach. Sometimes someone gets a tan. Every Wednesday, Thursday, sewage is drained into the sea. You can smell it for yourself. It is also not recommended to swim on other days. To swim, you need to go to the island of Kolan or another. On the contrary, there is a good dumpling. The hotel has a nice and large swimming pool. The rooms are old, everything in them has become. The rooms are poorly cleaned, no one repairs anything. Cockroaches are crawling. The bed linen and towels are dirty in color, torn. There's sand in the fridge. 2 bottles of water were renewed daily. Breakfast is the same every day (scrambled eggs, rice, pasta or potatoes, porridge or broth, beans, watermelons and pineapples, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee, tea, juice, milk). A beautiful, magical place. I really love this hotel. Every time I arrive in Pattaya, I always stay here. Lovely and helpful staff, very clean and well-groomed territory, convenient location. The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is municipal, but clean. There is a "21 Terminal" nearby, 20 minutes on foot to the center, 5 minutes by tuk-tuk, but I always walked. Convenient infrastructure, you can get to any place in the city without any problems. :)

Good morning, rest at the hotel from 04/15/25/2024. this is my second trip to Thailand. The location of the hotel is not bad, the sea is 10 minutes away, the beach is clean, good, sand without stones. The sunbeds were not used since we were on the Centara beach. This is a 5-star hotel on the shore. As for the hotel, we lived in building D, on the 7th floor with a sea view, the room is normal, clean linen, towels and water are provided every day, Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the room, there is also a safe for free, once a large cockroach crawled, we did not have a dryer but on other balconies it was. At the reception, the staff who do not understand Russian at all, and are not very friendly, but questions can be solved with the help of an interpreter, the hotel is located next to cafes and shops, took food in makashnets, delicious and inexpensive, pancakes with banana 50 Baht, fish 100 Baht, sushi 10 Baht apiece. Breakfast is normal, meat, rice, noodles, vegetables, greens are normal, tea and coffee are terrible. Of the fruits, only watermelon and pineapple. You won't stay hungry. A very conveniently located hotel, away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent large well-maintained swimming pool. Spacious rooms, daily cleaning. The staff is polite and helpful! There is a cozy restaurant opposite. 7eleven and massage parlors are within walking distance. The coast is a kilometer away.
One of the disadvantages is that there is no Wi-Fi and hygiene products are not always put in the rooms.

Visited the hotel in February 2024. The hotel is quite comfortable, a real troika. Who often visits Thailand understands that in a hotel you mostly come to shower and sleep. If you close your eyes to water outages, according to the words there was a repair of the highway, poor room cleaning, the balcony is not cleaned at all, then I would stop again. Only under no circumstances in room 1211. The room is huge, about 70 m2, there is little furniture, problems with sewerage, a constant smell in the bathroom, the shower was not used because the drain does not work. WiFi does not finish off the room, it's good that there was a local SIM. Towels are changed both beach and room, the staff is polite, there were no options to try to fight for a room replacement, the answers are the same. There are no rooms. As an option, rooms 1207, 1208 are good and odorless with sewage. Price without breakfast for 3 people, child without extra bed 900 baht per day. The breakfasts are good, quite 150 adults and 100 children.

There are a lot of sockets, but you can't connect to any of them normally, there are no accessories in the bathroom, there is not even soap, the room is not cleaned from the word at all. Rats were found in building A in room 1211. The pool is very dirty, so muddy that you can't even see the bottom. The staff is not friendly.

There was no proper cleaning in the room for a week, they only washed in the bathroom and the area by the door. But we didn't mess up in principle. The room is shabby, the towels are old, there is nowhere to put bathroom accessories in the shower (which must be taken from home, because there are none in the hotel), a closet with broken doors... Hangers 3 pcs. Sad, sad. Water was given, towels were changed, but the cleaning was a blunder. (+)The food is simple, but tasty enough, although there is a poor choice (chicken, sausages, ham, rice or noodles, eggs, pineapple and watermelon greens), but we were not hungry.(-) If something is running out, they are in no hurry to bring it.

Another plus of the room, if you turn off the air conditioner, then it is directed to the side where there are no beds, which is a plus. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a sink, a toilet, the room is also large. The disadvantage is that the shower holder is very high, if you put a watering can in it, then the stream from the shower will hit almost the ceiling, you had to hold it in your hand to wash, and also the curtain in the bathroom is short, water flows through the room. And there is also no staff at the star who would help deliver things to the room, this is a minus, there are not very convenient wooden passages from building to building. And from the hotel to the sea 1550 steps, of course not the first lily, but not so far. Near the exchanger, a small market, a shop. The same is not far from Terminal 21. A budget hotel, I recommend it. The food is of course monotonous, there were interruptions, then there is no butter, then we are waiting for milk, apparently there is not enough staff. The pool is large, clean, it's a pity they close early in the evening.

We have been to Pattaya many times, lived in different hotels and condos, and stayed at this hotel for the first time. The hotel has a very good location, it is not far from the beach, but at the same time deep in the greenery. The room stock is a bit old, but quite decent. We arrived on our own, not on a voucher, so we took it without breakfast. Excellent pools, clean, sparsely populated. There was only one disadvantage, when cleaning the room, they did not put the same paper, but when contacting the reception, they immediately satisfied our request.
Special thanks to the girls from the reception, they were very attentive and responsive when checking in.
We are currently staying at this hotel and today we are very satisfied with everything!!!!!

Let's start with breakfast, at the moment they cost 150 baht per person. Initially, there was a very small and meager buffet, but then things got even worse. They gave two breakfasts to choose from (both of them were not very good). Once they didn't even bring breakfast.
Also, I would like to mention the ants. THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM HERE AND THEY ARE EVERYWHERE (I attached a photo). We asked them to remove them, but they just poked us with something and the ants remained.
The staff speaks almost no English, I think this is a big minus.
More dryers. THEY RUINED ALL OUR CLOTHES, DYED THEM, AND SO ON.
I'm already silent about the number itself. Everything is broken and in terrible condition. The TV generally only works with interference, it is impossible to watch anything.
The only normal thing in this hotel is a swimming pool.
I ALSO DO NOT KNOW WHY, BUT IT WAS IN OUR ROOM THAT ALMOST NO TOILET PAPER WAS BROUGHT (we did not give any reasons). Although they just supplied us with liters of water. In general, I do not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, she couldn't attach a photo for some reason.

We are currently resting at this hotel. If it were put in order and washed, it would be priceless! Convenient location, spacious rooms with a kitchen area. The bed and towels are clean. NO hygiene products are issued. There's not even soap on the sink. Breakfast.... Apparently, the hotel was not ready for the arrival of tourists at all. The assortment is very meager. 10 forks are issued for 15 vacationing families. The rest are standing and waiting for someone to have their appliances free to put in the sink. A general cleaning is required in the dining room! Crumbs from the tables are swept to the floor. The staff's aprons and rags are dirty. It would be better to sell tours without breakfast at all, so as not to spoil the impression of the hotel. My wishes to the hotel are to put it in order and we will be happy to come back here again!

The condition of the hotel has deteriorated during the pandemic (rating by 3). Breakfasts have become simply disgusting, think about this hotel - if you eat with a child (there is almost nothing to eat), 6 dishes in total and they do not change (rice, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs and bread), that's it. Instant coffee (before the pandemic, coffee was brewed. The condition in the kitchen of the dining room is simply disgusting(. The pool was cleaned for 10 days, accordingly it did not work. The rooms are cleaned as before, on a daily basis. If you close your eyes to some things, then you can take it because of the location!
