This trip left us with an impression. We were vacationing with our family. The children are happy, the animation is wonderful. The service staff is at the highest level. Sports animators, top class!!!thanks for the help to the girls from the reception, special thanks to Tatiana. For the mood and lessons, many thanks to Yulia's sports trainer. A wonderful hotel, with a large green well-kept territory. The rooms are a bit "tired", small but cozy. TV, generally from the last century. The food is varied, including fish and seafood, fresh fruits and pastries. The pizza is the best I've tried in hotels. Good animation and the Shang Du spa complex. Attentive staff. A solid five! 👍

The date of the trip is January 2-8, 2020, Sunmar operator. The hotel is beautiful: very clean everywhere, the staff is perhaps the main value, wonderful, attentive, friendly and always help, they speak all languages, a huge green, very beautiful and well-groomed territory, birds in the garden chirp gently, room 1153 in the main building, wonderful, warm, spacious, comfortable, turned off the heating and I opened the window a little, the food is mountains of food, delicious and varied, the beach is wide and long, open, some guests were swimming, sun loungers, bars are open. On the first 2 days of arrival, they give a 30% discount on SPA treatments. The pool in the SPA complex is heated to 28', partially facing the street, it is not cold. The weather is different, from 13 to 18, it may be cloudy day, sunny day, the sun warms up well. Admiring the waves every day is a great pleasure. Every day there are different evening programs, from karaoke to shows, children are entertained by animators during the day. The road is far away, it is not audible, Antalya airport is 30 minutes slowly by minibus. In clear weather, the most wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel organizes a free shopping tour with a mandatory check-in to the shops, but without the obligation to make purchases. Time flies fast here, there is no time to be bored, I recommend it to everyone, both singles, couples and with children. And, the composition of the guests is international, the audience is all decent, everything is very decent. The guide will offer to buy excursions, the price tag is too high, of course, but if you do not bother with an independent organization, then for $ 100 you can go to the Takhtaly Mountain cable car and to the Aquarium. Have a nice rest here, relax and switch from mundane worries and get positive emotions here it will work out!

the hotel really corresponds to a high class.. I was vacationing here with my wife, son and daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter. It was the month of November 2019. There were sunny days until November 22. The temperature of the sea water was 23°. It was hot on the beach. there are awnings, sun beds, towels on the beach, plenty of everything. the beach bar is constantly open with all kinds of drinks from all over the world. the sand on the beach is fine, clean, and it is a pleasure to enter the water. if you want to be alone and don't want to hear the voices of children, you can go to the adult area of the beach. the large well-groomed territory of the hotel facilitates long walks in the fresh air. there are many pools and water slides on the territory. The spa area has a large heated swimming pool. there are also saunas with different temperature conditions. the standard rooms of the hotel are quite spacious and comfortable, cleaning is carried out daily, the staff is responsive and very friendly, there is a support group for Russian tourists. The buffet is full of dishes. there are several restaurants that operate around the clock, and you can sit in them at any time of the day for free. there is a separate bar where you can order ice cream, and very tasty and all kinds of sweets. From November 1, the bowling alley is open for free until midnight every day. at that time, a Russian animation group was still working, which entertained us in one of the bars: they sang karaoke, danced, and various prizes were awarded. I have visited dozens of Turkish hotels, but I think I will remember this one for a long time.

I have been flying to this hotel for 4 times already, and I plan to fly there next year too. The hotel is super in every way, especially for those with children under 10 years old. Everything is provided :from comfort, food, service, entertainment. Anyone who visits this hotel will definitely not regret it. One thing is, the furniture in the bungalow is not new, everything is new in the main building, but not in the bungalow. But maybe in a sense this is good, because the price is the same both in the main building and in the bungalow. And if the bungalow was renovated, then the price for it would immediately soar. And living in a bungalow, who came to relax in a cedar grove and where there are a lot of greenery and birds singing, is much more pleasant than in the main building.
