Vacation: June 2023, family room, 2 adults and 2 children.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the food!!! Everyone who writes about delicious food, no offense, it feels like they came from Anapa or from 3-4 Turkish cities! Meager, tasteless, some snacks with pickled vegetables for the visibility of the table, it is impossible to eat the whole meat grill: overcooked sole, tasteless vegetables are the cheapest, even Turkish tomatoes and cucumbers!!! On weekdays, they stop cooking omelets with additives, only on weekends!!! The absence of cherries, when there have been a lot of them in Moscow since May. It is clear that they save a lot. Alcohol is tasteless, the cheapest, an analogue of European ones.
Family room - very small
It's very loud - all the windows that overlook the sea, the audibility is terrible!!! Move the music area to the beach!!!
The rooms are very poorly cleaned - even when you leave a tip! Do not vacuum from the word at all!!!
Pros: a very large beach
Very friendly and customer-oriented staff - Guest relation, Russian-speaking girls are just great!!!

A very nice hotel with a beautiful, well-maintained territory. Before the rest, I read a lot of negative reviews about the kitchen and was even happy, hoping to unload. In fact, there was even too much with the food, breakfasts - like everywhere else, they quickly become boring, since as a rule the standard set (eggs, pancakes, sausages, etc.). For lunch and dinner there was everything; - fish (sea bass, Dorado, salmon, boiled and baked cod, shrimp, there was even a dish with Lobster, etc.)- meat (lamb, beef, chicken in numerous cooking options), -pickles, salads, sweets are displayed on huge tables, you can't try everything, - there are 2 types of soups, a diet table, a large children's corner is separately allocated. Every day, dishes of some new national cuisine (Mexican, Turkish, Thai, Italian, etc.)
were cleaned daily in the rooms, (passably), the room stock was not much worn out within the tolerance, they lived in bungalows.
The pools are good, clean, mostly all tourists relax at them, so there really aren't enough sunbeds there, because the sea is always free. We went to the sea in the morning, and after lunch we returned to the room through the pool, you can always find a vacant sunbed or sit on the bar chairs near them.
The overall impression of the staff is wonderful, it is clear that they are tired, but they are always friendly and ready to help as much as they can. For those who are not satisfied, I want to suggest that these people try to be more friendly themselves. I have seen more than once how the guests spoiled the mood for themselves and the hotel staff with their inappropriate behavior. It has nothing to do with nationality, there was a Russian boy who wrote in the bushes (his mother was too lazy to take him 10m to the toilet), and the British left behind mountains of garbage (which workers clean and clean all night), and Poles who did not stop their children, who interfered with other vacationers. But all these are rare and special cases, mostly the audience was adequate. Entertainment , no matter who , but we had enough. In the evening there are performances in the amphitheater, then young people go to the disco to the beach, older people go to the bar to live music. The hotel has a bowling alley, tennis court, playgrounds, water activities on the beach, but expensive (parachute $ 150, jet ski $ 100, etc.).
Alcohol is mostly local, but of high quality.
I wrote a lot and in a confused way, because I wanted to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, but there is no way to describe everything.

We were so excited to go on vacation, and we were completely disappointed!!! The tour operator convinced us that the hotel is just super, but in fact disgusting. And for that kind of money. We had a 5* vacation in Bodrum for a smaller amount, and were delighted, but here is Hi Class, and in fact 3 *. A complete disappointment!!!!

An old and kind 5-star hotel. The housing stock is not new but clean, and this is the main thing when you spend most of your time outside the room. I will especially note the change of the hotel's chef in 2023. The food wasn't bad anyway. But now, everything that was already being prepared is not bad, the author's things from the chef have been added. They are wonderful and very tasty!!! I would even say that Novikov could learn from him!
Of the other very good "supplements", I can name a wonderful SPA center.

We have already rested in this hotel three times, our last visit was in September 2023. The hotel has slightly lost its position both in terms of food and quality of service, but still leaves pleasant memories of the visit. It's just a paradise for kids, and of all ages, adults also have something to do. The beach is one of the best in Belek, the size and width are impressive!
If they do not "bully" the price too much, then we will come back again, and for the current price, perhaps we will look at other options.

We had a rest together in September 2022. Pros - the area is very green, Greek-style columns, pleasant staff, room cleaning. Cons - food, we were in Pine Beach in 2021, they are much better fed on seafood, who loves fish - Xanadu is not for you. The fish is dorado and very small, there are also small crayfish every day. There were no shrimps in 7 days. Of alcoholic beverages, everything is modest. There are no martini Asti or other sparkling sweet wines, no cocktails as in other hotels of this price category. We won't go a second time. But the columns of Xanadu are worth visiting this hotel at least once!

Vacation at XANADU RESORT 5 in early October.
Disadvantages :
The young staff in bars and restaurants are not friendly, polite or attentive to visitors, especially in the bar by the main pool. This behavior leaves a very unpleasant impression.
Not enough varied food . There are few fruits. Very weak with fish. Tough grilled meat. The pastries are not varied . I suggest removing Viennese waffles and pancakes from breakfast altogether, it's just a pathetic semblance of how it should be.
The beach is not well maintained. Not clean enough. The sand is not leveled.
There is no pleasant music in the main restaurant and in the corridors.
Cool pools.

After digging through the "corridors" of the brain, I remembered that I had once been brought here. It was already a "distant" 2016 (without viruses and special operations). It was probably my first hotel from the really "expensive" category. But the concept of "expensive" is conditional - what is expensive to one, it will seem like complete bullshit to another. I left a review here about another hotel in Turkey (you can search). So that "other" one may seem expensive to someone too, but consider it an x2 price, if not more.
The hotel is large, the territory is clean, the territory has everything you need to stay in it. That's why I love Turkey/Egypt. Most often, there are 2 "a la carte" restaurants in the middle segment (fish and meat) and most often it is almost the same thing that is served just in the evening for dinner. If I'm not mistaken, there were 6 or 7 of them here. You can go to each one 1 time. That is, if you come for a week, you can go to a different one every day. The dishes were really different from what they give for dinner. Meals are served around the clock (or 1-2 hours only a break and right there in the middle of the night). The alcohol in the bar was branded, not local. Bottled water and beer are not on tap. Several pools, several beaches. There is a place to eat right on the beach. The entrance to the sea is comfortable. There is a water park. Well, the children will definitely have enough of it. For adults, of course not. But let's be honest: the gym and the water park will never be at the same level in hotels as it will be in a separate designated special place. Well, it's probably worth making a reservation, unless these are top hotels from the top five most expensive.
There is a road to the beach. You need to cross the river. It didn't upset me. Someone might not like it. The territory is not very good for me. But I'm picky. Only a lawn, knee-high bushes, and only pine trees. Someone will be delighted, but I love when the jungle, pomegranate trees, figs, tangerines, and not this forest, as in the movie mortal Kombat 1, where there was a fight between Johnny cage and scorpion. (Who knows, he knows).
Well, I didn't "wear out" the paper too much, it's time to draw conclusions:
The hotel is not bad, the food is good, everything is on site, the beach is huge and smooth, the territory is for an amateur, the road to the beach is tangible, but also for an amateur.
It was my first vacation with my girlfriend at that time, now my wife. I think for this reason it can be concluded that the rest was excellent.

The hotel is cool, but the slides work for 2 hours in the first half and 2 hours in the second half, the queues here are unrealistic, you need to wait half an hour for someone to leave for coffee. There are a lot of people in the pools too, they take sun beds and leave after breakfast, you can't go to bed, if you don't take it in the morning, then go to the sea. The hotel is nice, the territory is large and clean, in general there is a place to roam. The staff is also helpful. In general -1 star for the workload! Xanadu Hotel vacation September 2022.
We arrived at the hotel early in the morning at 8.30 05.09.2022, we did not have to wait for the rooms right away.
The rooms with a balcony are not large - they are acceptable, a large well-groomed and very green area. Pine trees give coolness and coniferous pleasant clean air.
There are a lot of different areas for evening relaxation, a very cool bar on the roof of the pool bar, as well as a cool bar on the beach in the area of the gazebos of the private zone.
The staff is quite friendly, waiters and bartenders, but it feels like there are not enough of them, especially in the main restaurant. I especially liked the cleaner of the 2nd floor room, in the wing of room 2209, a friendly, smiling, pleasant and responsive woman!!!
From the cultural program we went to the opera Aida in an ancient amphitheater, a very unsafe place, seats sitting on a stone, a very steep ascent and descent to the upper rows. Coral Trevel travel agent Elena did not warn that there was no parallel translation into Russian, it looks hard to leave after the first act.
Food: I can immediately say that the high class does not pull, what Turkey is famous for with delicious lamb, we saw two days before departure, with the exception of the Turkish a la carte restaurant. Very monotonous dinners, some waiters of the main restaurant are gloomy and not friendly. Not everywhere there were such little things as chips, ayran and nuts (a lame bar on the pier).
In principle, the rest took place, but next time I will look for another hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff for brightening up the inaccuracies of the hotel management.

We arrived from vacation yesterday. A high-level hotel, a real five. Now there are dishes from the chef in the kitchen for dinner - works of cooking. That's it! Everything is from under the knife and he has a tremulously formed bouquet. I gained 6 kg in 10 days and I know that it was wonderful. Also grilled are a rack of lamb, octopus and eternal kebabs. I don't say anything about shrimps and crayfish for snacks, they are always in abundance. All the waiters are kind, not depressingly tired, and active. We had problems with cash (we forgot), but the World accepts cards. The territory is super, my husband and I used to arrange promenades in the evening among the pines.
The children's world is a separate story! Classes for all groups:0-3 one area with water games, a children's room. Then 4-7 and also with water slides (you hand over and pick up children for painting), and 8-12 also with normal slides, as well as a climbing wall and a rope park.
My life hack: we bought children's walkie-talkies on Valdberris and let a 7-year-old child go anywhere, she is always in touch. Well, we'll go to the bars, Jim Beam, Hennessy and Ballantris to drink.

I did not think that having arrived at this hotel for the second time after the delight last year, I would put 2 stars now. This year they gave a "murdered" family room in a bungalow, a real junk. The cleaner was generally in "shock" - not only that, she came every other day, but on the days she came, she took the garbage out of the bucket, tied this garbage bag and, for some reason, left it on the table! Is that the way it's supposed to be?!?!?! There is a knife lying in the hallway, pieces of polyethylene- the cleaner has passed by a hundred times. She stole the tea cups (well, she wanted to) I called the guest relation and told them about all this. To which I was given the answer -"the work is hard", "sometimes we do this at home too." Are you guys thinking of maintaining the reputation of the hotel?! I think not. Do what you want at home, but not for guests who have paid 7-8 thousand dollars for a short week of rest. The power supply is 50/50. Some dishes are very good, but some are impossible to eat. The welcome drinks in the lobby last year were much tastier. Both lemon and pomegranate. Apparently, the person who prepares them has changed. Please pay attention to the management. It seems like a small thing, but it's very unpleasant. And next year, I will look for another hotel

Family vacation with 2 children (6 and 0.5 years old).
A large and well-maintained territory. There is a place to walk or be alone.
Huge beach (children's area, 16+ area).
A separate area for children, divided by age. Be active from morning to evening.
The dinners are great. Breakfast could have been better.
The room overlooks the territory, the furniture is relatively new, everything is comfortable and clean. Cleaning for 5.
The main thing is the staff. Absolutely everywhere we talked with polite, responsive and smiling people. Reception, guest service, animation, children's club - thank you!
The Wi-Fi in the rooms didn't work well in the evening. Maybe temporary problems.
We are happy with the hotel. We will be happy to return!

3. Food. This is a straight level three-no more. The assortment is so meager that for the first time we leave the holiday without gaining a single gram)))) but there's probably more of a plus here) There is either no fish, or it is the size of a child's palm, or wildly overdone. Almost all meat is impossible to chew. Most of the dishes are spicy, it is completely unclear why. They called to show all the flaws to the chef. He stood there laughing. Strange
4. The gym is small, the exercise equipment is sooo old. And insanely stuffy
5. Customer orientation also leaves much to be desired. They cannot answer the question about eviction the day before departure when the hotel is filled by a maximum of 50%, according to the manager by 70!

We are currently vacationing in Xanadu, the hotel is very good. Great beach, no problem with sun beds, cool sun beds by the pools. The food is delicious everywhere. A la carte restaurants are great too. Especially Italian and fishy. You can't get children out of fancyland, wonderful animators, constantly playing with children, quests, crafts, etc. Both 5-year-olds and 9-year-olds are equally satisfied.
Good bars, restaurant service, high-quality room cleaning. The territory is well maintained and green.
Sometimes the internet in the room is bad, but only sometimes.
