The sports club is located on 3 levels, it seems that everything you need is available, you just need a desire to play sports. I was very pleased with the locker room, it was large and the cupboards were of normal width, clean and tidy. I was interested in what is open 24/7 throughout the year. You can choose a time outside rush hour when the gym is really full after work. The review will be updated after regular visits.

It's clean enough, for me, there aren't many group programs, well, you can add some buns, I compare them with Moscow.
I have not seen a cooler, the sauna and hammam are not working stably, there is no children's room and programs.

I got here by invitation from the hotel located in the next entrance (I did not pay).
I didn't want to sweat with a barbell, but I couldn't deny myself such a pleasure to relax before going to bed in the sauna, hammam and pool.
The pool there is a separate song! It is with salted water, like sea water, but with low mineralization. I've never been to such pools and I was getting high here!!! The water is pleasant 29 degrees, holds you slightly, there is no unpleasant smell of chlorination, soft and pleasant to the skin and even getting into the mouth does not cause discomfort, but what can I say: I did not take swimming glasses with me and swam in the pool underwater for the FIRST time with my eyes open – there was no discomfort and redness of the eyes, just I love diving and swimming the pool underwater (its length is 18 meters and 3 wide paths).
The most luxurious rest, relaxation and pleasure from: hammam, cold shower and 10-15 minutes in the pool – and so several times in a circle = just a fairy tale!!!
The sauna is a little cool because it is not possible to supply water to the stones a little and not from above as it drips, but it is necessary that the water gets inside the stones to form an overheated, finely dispersed and light vapor.
The hammam is beautiful, but it is necessary that workers can regulate it, because the set comfortable temperature of 47 degrees, the visitor changed to 55 and at 100% humidity it was impossible to stay in such an overheated hammam, I had to ventilate.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, despite the fact that the hammam is completely new and it still smells of concrete grout, I wanted the fonts with cold water next to the hammam to work next time.

I would like to share my impressions about the new branch of the Russian fitness center in Tashkent. Unfortunately, my experience has left far from the best impressions.
Firstly, the price for a subscription is simply prohibitive and absolutely does not correspond to the level of the service offered. For a fitness room, especially in the sports segment, prices should be affordable and contribute to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and not scare away customers.
In addition, the staff of the hall does not speak Uzbek, which seems surprising for an institution located in Uzbekistan. Of course, many people understand Russian, but it would be fair and professional to provide services in Uzbek as well, which would make the hall more open to local residents.
Regarding the hall itself: despite the excellent location and modern equipment, the service leaves much to be desired. The impression is that the hall's priorities are focused on appearance, not on customer care and improving the quality of service.
I hope the management of the hall will pay attention to these points and revise its policy to meet the expectations and needs of local customers.

Managerial or economic education (for example, management, business management) — will help to effectively manage staff, plan budgets, and develop the club.
Certificates and courses in the fitness industry, management or marketing (preferably), such as sports club management courses.
2. Work experience:
Experience in the fitness industry in leadership positions or as a senior trainer. This gives an understanding of how the club works from the inside.
HR management experience is the ability to organize the work of a team and motivate it to achieve results.
Customer experience is important for understanding customer needs and creating a positive experience.
3. Skills:
Management and leadership skills.
Financial literacy — budget management, income and expense planning.
Marketing knowledge — attracting new customers and retaining current ones.
Conflict management skills — solving problems with clients or employees.
4. Personal qualities:
Communication skills and the ability to find a common language with people.
Responsibility, organization.
The ability to work under stress.
These are the requirements for hiring a director of a fitness club. And only then can you assign. And everything else is not serious. Therefore, the result is on the face. Unfortunately. I understand that there is a problem with personnel in the country, but still. In order not to lose face in such a position that represents your company. It is better to try to find a competent candidate.

Men with any length of hair and children are in the pool without hats, I am the only girl in the pool, I received several comments from the brave coach Andrey that I should wear a hat. He doesn't care that his hair is pulled into a tight bun - he has a regulation that applies only to women. When they objected to him, he decided that it was a great idea to first take pictures of me on my phone in a swimsuit in order to send it to the management. Why doesn't the club just close for women? A great men's club would have turned out, everyone without hats and happy.
