We had a great rest at the end of October, the weather is great- comfortable, no air conditioning is needed, the sea is invigorating.
The hotel is small, cozy, the rooms have everything stated, clean but not 100% , towels were changed every day and 1.5 liters of water are left in the room.
The kitchen is gorgeous! They cook deliciously, there are enough dishes, not a lot and not a little, there is always something to choose and always full, there were a lot of fruits, I was surprised that cucumbers were not always there)))
The staff is polite and friendly. They speak and understand enough Russian.
We didn't go to the spa (for a fee) and the pool, we didn't have to.
Evening entertainment was held in a larger hotel, walking 1-1.5 km to it is a wonderful walk before going to bed, I liked it!
The bar has local beer, wine - please, soda for children. Coffee and tea are available around the clock. There are many shops nearby, cafes.

A quiet mini-hotel without animation. For entertainment, you can go to the building on the shore — about 20 minutes to the sea. The beach is 5 minutes past the shops. There is a cable car nearby ($ 20 round trip), but you can walk up the mountain in 40 minutes from the hotel. If you like to walk and go in the off—season, this is a great option. You can walk to all the interesting places.
Cleaning is regular, cosmetics are in the room, replenished as needed. The staff is OK, the food is delicious, fresh, not abundant, but you will not stay hungry.

Nice city hotel. Previously, we went to large hotels, but the children grew up and wanted peace of mind. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable.cleaning is daily, the staff is friendly. The cuisine is not as diverse as in large hotels, BUT everything is delicious. There are a lot of Europeans. For a relaxing holiday. We went to the hotel of the same chain (900 m) for the show. The beach, shops, restaurants are nearby.

What did you like:
1. Location (5 minutes to the beach, clean sea,cave in the same place, the main street of Ataturk is 10 minutes away, there are profitable exchangers, 5 minutes Migros from 2 sides, to the old port and the Koas tower at a leisurely pace of 15 minutes). That is, this is the biggest plus of this hotel.
2. Food, all without frills, absolutely ordinary - a lot of vegetables, greens, cheeses, poultry or beef, almost no fish, little sweet (we don't eat it, it didn't matter to us), fruits are sweet every other day, watermelons and melons even in August did not come across very much. We didn't drink alcohol, but there are regular rum and Cola there. If you are used to eating on vacation 24/7 with snacks, French fries and so on, then this is not the option if you like a healthy and balanced diet - it will do.
Which caused genuine outrage:
1. The room was the last one, supposedly with two separate beds, had to be moved, but no other option was offered - take what you have, it sounded like this.
2. In August, the air conditioner did not work in the heat of 35, it was repaired all day
3. The balcony door did not close, it was "repaired" all week of our wonderful stay, the result, of course, is zero. We left the room every day, realizing that someone could enter it through the canopy in front of our balcony. The manager at the reception smiled every day when he saw us, but business was not done and no one was going to work on our issue.
4. The windows of the room were facing the courtyard of the restaurant, when the grill was working it was impossible to breathe in the room
5. The room itself is very old, everything is falling off, the curtains are dusty, the cabinets with hanging doors.
6. For the loss of the room card, taking into account all the jambs above, they wanted to charge us another 10 euros, we did not agree with this (but the card was found in the end)
It was a very strange feeling, it was the first time I stayed in such a hotel and calmed myself with the thought of a good location and acceptable food. This is enough for a vacation, if there is already nowhere to go from the hotel to which you arrived.
I hope that my review will help someone make a decision based on facts, and not simple assessments without nuances and explanations.

The hotel itself is tired, works on the principle of all inclusive. No one will be left hungry, but it will not be possible to surprise with something either. But since this is a city hotel, everything is fine. There are rooms with full balconies, and there are French ones. It is better to overpay in this case, since the French balcony is a small glass partition, except to dry a towel on it, and the view, as I understand it, will be in the courtyard.

A good hotel for your money, very friendly staff, located at the intersection of quiet streets, close to the beach, and various attractions (cave, cable car, port and lighthouse) all within walking distance. The food at the hotel is varied, and there were different fish, calf, turkey. Of course, watermelon, green and blue plums, melon, and then grapes appeared, but it probably depends on the season. I was very pleased with the hotel and the stay in it. And sometimes a peacock came to visit in the morning .

A city hotel with a minimum of service. Nice facade. Very good location, 15 minutes in one direction and on the marina (port), there is also a fortress.
In another 3 minutes and on Cleopatra beach, a cave, a funicular, 2 grocery stores, ruins with mostly Chinese fakes, juice tents, cafes.
In June 2023, I bought a tour 2 days before departure from Biblio globus for 82 thousand for 7 nights, 2 adults, departure from Moscow. For this price, it's a normal option.
By the numbers. There is an economy "promo" - about 18 sq. m, without a balcony, panoramic windows without a view, one fully opens, you can smoke, there is an ashtray. The neighbors were smoking, it didn't hurt. The furniture is pretty as in the photo from the main website of the hotel, the bathroom is also small, there is nowhere to dry the linen, only a swimsuit and swimming trunks, towels on the door. If you do a lot of laundry on vacation, keep in mind. There are slippers, the tea station is replenished every day, a safe is paid, a mini bar with juice and water, cleaning is normal.
If you want a room with a balcony and more space, just book a room starting from the standard, not the cheapest.
The food is modest, without frills!
I'll note: delicious cheeses for breakfast, fresh vegetables, soups for lunch and dinner, lots of fresh greens, something from poultry will definitely be chicken or turkey.

The bar and dining area is dirty in places, but not critical.

The pool was icy in June! It is poorly located, all the time in the shade. It was impossible to swim.
No one knows Russian from the staff. You can communicate through a translator without problems, if necessary.
WiFi in the bar and in the room on the 3rd floor was excellent, free.
There is no animation. They invite you to another hotel, about 15 minutes on foot.

The spa is almost completely paid, the hammam is only on, it was cold all the time.
The unpleasant incident with the hostess of the hotel is the 2nd unpleasant impression of the hotel after the pool.
Early in the morning, there was a knock on the door, they did not have time to open it themselves, the hostess opened from the corridor- SORRY, SORRY, and a team of 4 people enters our tiny room, go into the bathroom and begin to plaster the ceiling. We were just in shock... though we came out after 5-7 minutes. Even if we were sleeping, they would do it 100% and no privacy. Although they put up the phrase "do not disturb".
For an adequate price, you can take a hotel for city walks and Cleopatra!

Place. Excellent location, this is a city hotel, near the sea, 10 minutes and you are on the beach. Funicular with an ascent to the fortress. Our window was on the fortress. The audibility is high - who wants to sleep, you will not like it. We live in a standard room 21m. Everything you need is there. Bathrobes were not given and there is no watering can in the shower from above. The plumbing should be updated.
Meal. I'm terribly picky. But there are really a lot of delicious and different food and drinks here. The alcohol is diluted, but the quality is normal. I'll attach a photo of the food.
Vacationers. Mostly Russians and Germans. There are few families with children, which pleases. It's going to be boring with the kids here!!!
Entertainments. The pool, but it's still cold in early May, it's empty. There are books, a puzzle, a hammam, massage, a gym.
Bottom line: I would have come to this hotel for the second time. I travel a lot and a lot where I have lived. He is the best of the sea hotels. 4 races for sure!

I had a rest at the hotel in late August, early September. Very nice hotel. Lived on the 4th floor. Cleaning every day, my room was freshly renovated, everything worked properly. Cosmetic products were replenished regularly as needed. A 1.5 liter bottle of water in the refrigerator every day. There was always enough food. In the end, of course, it became a little annoying, but there was always something to eat. The staff at the hotel is friendly. There is no imposition of any services. The boy from the Hamam came up the only time at the beginning of the holiday and modestly offered a booklet advertising services.
Among the disadvantages are the audibility in the room and the air conditioner that blows on the bed.
The hotel is very close to the beach, probably 100 meters along a straight street. The beach is amazing, with the purest water and quartz sand. I didn't buy sun beds, I took a homemade towel to the beach. There is also a funicular, an old fortress, a lot of shops, shops with souvenirs and other things nearby. In the other direction - the port and the lighthouse. There is a place to walk and get a lot of impressions.
The memories from the rest were only positive!

I liked everything. We took a standard room with a balcony. The option with a French balcony is not a balcony, but they overlook the courtyard, part of the outdoor dining room.

For animation lovers, they are invited to a hotel of the same chain, which is about a 10-minute walk away, closer to the sea.
The location is excellent, a few meters away is the archaeological museum, funicular, Dalmatas cave, the nearest beaches No. 1, 2, 3.

Minuses:
1. We came across a room with 3 outdoor air conditioners on the balcony (that is, access to the balcony is 30+ heat and plus blowing from 3 conduits from neighboring rooms). Please replace- either pay for a better room or "wait" (but every time there was no room to change)

I stayed at this hotel from May 19, 2024 to May 30, 2024. One agency strongly recommended this hotel to me, as there are supposedly only foreigners, paid sun beds, the staff does not speak Russian! I took a chance and went to this hotel! I had a wonderful time!!! Very good attitude towards vacationers! Friendly atmosphere! The attitude towards me was respectful! Germans, Poles, and Iranians mostly vacationed at the hotel. All the foreigners moved out together after about May 28th. At first, there was little rest for Russians! For the first three days, I had the feeling that I was one of Russia. It didn't bother at all! There were very few children. Calm, quiet, everything is measured, there is no fuss in the dining room, the dishes are clean! The hotel was completely full! The waiters immediately take away the dirty plates. Music is playing. You can't take anything out of the dining room, but if you ask permission, they definitely won't refuse you. Verified! At the reception, everyone knows Russian in a small way. But the manager Yunus owns it perfectly! I arrived from the airport to the hotel at 10 am, at 11.00 I was already in the room! The maid was immediately given a sweet gift and I had figures made of towels a day later! Towels were changed every day! Cleaning was daily! There is no toothpaste or brush in the room. There is always soap, shower gel, shampoo, balm, body cream, comb, shower cap, cotton pads. There are slippers. The hair dryer is relatively powerful. I shouldn't have brought mine. My room was 519, with a French balcony. Someone has already kindly pulled a clothesline there! I only used my clothespins. If something did not have time to dry, then I dried it with a hair dryer quickly. The windows of my room overlooked the courtyard, part of the dining room, if you look down. If you look into the distance, you can see mountains, and on the right is a fortress! .It is in this part of the dining room that the Turkish night is held weekly from 19.15 to 20.15. I always looked from above, from the balcony / window. Breakfast at the hotel from 08.00 to 10.00. Then brunch from 10.00. until 10.30 am.
Then lunch, then a pastry shop, then dinner from 19.00 to 21.00, a bar. The bar is open from 10.00 to 00.00. You are unlikely to buy more food, sweets, fruits, and drinks. There's plenty of everything! There is no need to carry a mini kettle or a boiler. Access to the coffee machine and kettle in the dining room is available around the clock, even if the door to the dining room is closed at night. Come to the reception, tell them that you are going to get coffee. In addition, there is a kettle and dishes in the room. Everything is reported daily (tea bags, sugar, milk, coffee). There is a free iron and ironing board at the reception.
Once again about nutrition: there is a lot of healthy and not healthy food, a lot of meat, stewed and fresh vegetables, fruits, sweets (halva, Turkish delight, dried apricots, raisins, cakes, cookies) . Everything is high-quality, fresh! There was no fish. Porridge was rare. 200ml water in its original packaging is always freely available in the refrigerator at the reception. At 06.00, after drinking coffee in the dining room, I went for a walk! I walked along the embankment to the Cleopatra Melissa hotel, as well as to the red tower, to the seaport. The streets are deserted at this time, the birds are singing! There is no one on the street until 08.00 in the morning, only kittens. Beauty! I recommend using the exchanger, which is located slightly to the left of the entrance to the Ixperia Sarai Beach hotel. Always a profitable course. This exchanger was suggested by the hotel guide.
Be careful on the crossings! Even the police don't let pedestrians through!
Damlatash cave is located next to the hotel, where an adult ticket costs 100 liras, a child ticket costs 30 liras, the cave is open from 09.00 to 20.00. It is better to visit before 10 a.m., or after 7 p.m., since it is almost empty at this time. There is a funicular nearby, the cost has changed during my vacation: 280 liras, 315 liras, 345 liras. This is the round trip cost per person. The cost of tickets in lira must be multiplied by 3 in order to roughly understand the cost in translation into our rubles. As for the beach, I always rested on beach number 1, there are striped blue and white umbrellas and gray sunbeds. I was told the price for a sunbed on this beach, as well as on the left and right from 70 to 100 lira, that is, it is about 210 rubles to 300 rubles. I did not use the sun beds for a fee. I noticed that almost all the sun beds were always free, people, including foreigners, rested on towels along the shore, often with their umbrellas. There are fewer people on the beach before 11.00 am than starting at 16.00. Since that time, everything is compactly arranged, but the sun beds still remain empty! There are a lot of them! Toilets on the beach are paid: 10-20 liras. On the beach number 1 - 15 lira (45 rubles). I haven't seen a single jellyfish in the sea. The sea is sometimes dirty near the shore, you need to swim away. One day there was a storm, while there was still some kind of drain into the sea...the sea was dirty then. In general, the sea and the beach are normal! It was fun to watch children about 7-12 years old tumbling in the waves! Such pirouettes are performed! The entrance to the sea was cleared, wide, the plate did not interfere in any way. Remember the location of the entry into the sea relative to the objects on the shore, so that you can swim and land without any problems.
Have a good rest! I recommend the hotel!!! I hope that the service at the hotel does not depend on the period of rest of Europeans in it...

Young guys are driving, they give away the feeling that they are giving away their native land. If a girl comes up, they are ready to put as much as she looks at him. It tears the macaroni from the man's heart. The fish was 2-3 times, but I, a fish lover, refused it. The food is very weak, we must try to take something. The bar has the same problem, beer is poured at 200 grams, whiskey and Coke consists of one cola and ice. There is a choice of cakes from 4 types and then if there is enough. Fruits are watermelon, melon, apples, grapes. There were peaches a couple of times, but we didn't get them. I will go to this hotel again - No, although I do not go 2 times to the same place. But I will not advise my friends.

I really liked the hotel, the polite and cheerful staff, Yakup is a very positive person. The room was standard, clean and beautiful, cleaning, water in the fridge every day. The food surprised me with its variety (this is not the first time in Turkey). Occasionally, a Turkish night is held during dinner, and animation takes place every day at Xperia saray beach, Grand Bali guests can use. A good urban-type hotel. Small, but a little "tired". There is nothing to do with children there, only for adults. Which is undoubtedly a plus. There is a small outdoor pool, but the water in it is quite cool, you can swim only in extreme heat. Cleopatra Beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Ataturk Boulevard is 3 minutes away.
The food is not bad, but rather monotonous. Mackerel fish, trout was cooked twice. Lots of soy sausage, chicken, potatoes, pasta. There are fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and greens. There are few desserts, three types of cakes, but very sweet. Fruits include grapes, apples, watermelon/melon, tangerines, plums. Two coffee machines, one of which often did not work.
For alcohol, local wine and beer are free. The rest is for a fee.
We had a rest at the end of September, the first days at the hotel were free, then overbooking happened, and even there was a queue for lunches and dinners, which is not very pleasant.
The hotel could use a renovation to refresh it. The balcony door did not close well and it was quite noisy at night. There were no problems with plumbing. The air conditioner was working. A liter and a half of water was put in the mini-bar every day. Cleaning - I would like it better, often the floor was as if it had not been washed. The bed has never been changed in 10 days. Towels were changed 3 times. The balcony is a little dirty, as is the furniture on it. The carpet in the hallway should also be cleaned, there are a lot of stains.
There are also a lot of seals on the territory of the hotel, but for me this is not a minus. I love them.
In general, it's quite normal for your money. If you are not going to sleep stupidly and eat at the hotel all the time, but plan to walk around the city a lot, go to the beach - then this is your option.

Everything is fine, the staff is just great. The pool is not very big. The dishes are edible, but they do not have a bright taste, they get bored in a week.

Hello everyone I have been on vacation in Turkey for the 3rd time.My first 4+ hotel was Lonicera, where everything was fine because it was the first one.The second hotel was Stella Beach 4+. Everything was great here too:1st line , its own free beach with all amenities, excellent cuisine, but each has its own characteristics and disadvantages that you can close your eyes to.XPERIA BALI Hotel is also 4+.It is located in the city center, 10 minutes from the beach.It has only 96 rooms-77 standard, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need! The restaurants are small but convenient!Food for all tastes.Very friendly waiters, and especially Yakub-the Main manager of the restaurant, who can be seen and heard everywhere, he is very friendly, kind, hospitable, helps everyone and in everything, not only to us guests, but also to all his staff!!! AZIZ, a young and smiling waiter, is also learning well from him!!!The difference between these 3 hotels is that the first 2 are isolated in their territories and you can walk on them, while the CHRERIA is located in the city center and the opportunity to walk is much expanded, to see and know something wider and more.In general, it's great to relax! The weather is wonderful, the sea is warm, the nature is cool!!!Love LIFE and ENJOY IT!!!
