I had a rest with my child, the water park is beyond praise, the slides are super, the hotel territory is huge, everything is clean, they take you to the sea, a pedestrian street is on the right, an inexpensive sanny market is on the left. Taxi drivers bargain very well before entering the hotel, you can negotiate with them to take them back and forth, go to the Carrefour supermarket. The rooms are not new, but the beds are normal, they left a dollar for a tip, the boy cleaned the room very well and there was always water, paper, tea, and coffee. The restaurant is excellent, always and in sufficient quantity. There is a warm pool. Animation is present. If you are not looking for scratches on the door and holes in the carpet, feel free to choose this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2024. Very good impressions. A huge well-maintained territory of 2 hotels in the network. Very interesting slides in the water park, for both adults and children. There are separate pools, one heated. 2 restaurants with a varied buffet, 3 ala carte restaurants. There is always a grill on the menu, there is always fish. Everything is delicious, everyone will find dishes to their taste. A good selection of fruits: melons, watermelons, guavas, oranges, tangerines, dates, apples, pears. The baking is excellent, be careful, it's hard to stop. The staff is polite, friendly, not intrusive, the rooms are tired, but the bed and linens are clean, new. Towels are changed daily. The room is also cleaned daily. There is a safe in the room. The hotel itself is located on the first line of Naama Bay. There is no access to the sea. This is both a minus and a plus at the same time. It was an advantage for me. The hotel chain has 2 private beaches, which are served by buses. The first sandy beach is an ideal place for families with children. The second beach is coral with its own pier. It is with Pierce, not with Panton. Excellent coral with a wide variety and number of fish for snorkeling enthusiasts. However, you need to sign up for buses in the evening.
Also in the evening, buses take you from the hotel to the pedestrian part of Naama Bay and Soho Square at 20 o'clock every day. There is children's animation, daily entertainment evening animation and shows for adults. The territory is large, a huge selection of food, several swimming pools and a cool water park with warm water (like fresh milk), the staff practically does not speak Russian. You can only get to the beach by bus. The coral beach is big, the corals are alive, but the huge disadvantage is that the place in the water was fenced off sooo small, you won't be able to swim there. There is a sandy beach at the hotel, you can swim there, but there is no marine fauna. For family holidays with children, I recommend entertainment for children in the evenings, a water park in the afternoon, even the most capricious child will always be fed in the restaurant. I didn't like the hotel because of the sloppy repairs and poor cleaning in the rooms, but the Egyptians are so sloppy in everything, so it's more likely not to the hotel but to the nation as a whole

Excellent hotel, convenient location near the airport, the food is varied and very tasty, the animators are weak, but overall OK. The pools are clean, the children liked the water park very much, the adults are also delighted. It's a long way from the sea, they take a bus to 2 different beaches every day. The staff is very friendly, everyone is trying and wondering if everything is okay. There are shops, a club, a pharmacy, a cafe within a 10-minute walk.

It's a very good hotel for Egypt, tired of course, but with an excellent territory and an aquapark. In winter, only the adult water park is heated, the rest of the pools are cold. We celebrated the year 2025 with our son in this hotel. An unforgettable experience. The water park is heated, there is a real bridge on the sea, not a pontoon. The coral reef is beautiful and so are the fish. Fashionable food is served both on holidays, and we also managed to visit Mary Christmas, as well as on regular days. Of the advantages:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The staff is polite, the food is the same, but everything is delicious. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The biggest disadvantage for us was the great distance from the beach and the pre-registration for the bus to the beach. But there is information about this before booking, so it was not a surprise for us.
We flew back and forth by Aeroflot. I think it's not a sin to overpay and fly to them, rather than face long delays from other air carriers. Our friends from Moscow had their flight delayed for 13 hours (Al Marcia). They had to renew the number.
The two Premier and Parkland hotels are located on the same territory, everyone can use them, and everyone has the same bracelets. We arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m. I immediately gave the manager $ 20 at the reception, Alyonka and a letter from Tophotels)) We were checked into a room with a Jacuzzi in about 20 minutes. They periodically left a dollar or Alyonka to the cleaner, it was always clean and the towel figures were wrapped (a joy for my son)). Shampoo, shower gel, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar and cream, napkins, etc. are replenished in the room. Initially, the bathroom also had a washcloth, toothbrush sets with toothpaste and a shaving kit.
The furniture in the room was old. The TV and refrigerator were working, and the air conditioner could only be turned on for heating.

At lunch, they serve ice cream from the vending machine in waffle cups (white, mango, strawberry, chocolate). There were a lot of sweets for every taste. For me, the most important thing is the availability of baklava) I also liked brownies and chocolate cream brownies. Fruits include melon, oranges, grapefruit, guava, tangerines, apples, pears, pomegranate, bananas. French fries and nuggets at the snack bar and on the beaches.
It's a 20-minute drive to the beaches. We went to sandy only once, I didn't like it. Then we went to coral Island. There are fish, but not as many and varied as we would like. I've seen more interesting reefs.
The pools in the water park are heated, which is a huge plus.
Every evening we went to the children's disco, then stayed for the evening show. Everything is more or less decent, and it can get worse. Later, after the show, there was either live music, karaoke, or a quiz in one of the bars. We didn't live to see it, we just heard it howling a couple of times))) On the bus, I heard that some days there was a disco on the lower floor, where there were billiard and tennis tables and slot machines. Once a week, on Thursdays, there is a foam disco in the Parkland pool.
She drank only beer and wine from alcohol, mostly white. I took a gin and tonic once, and then I had heartburn. The lobby bar serves delicious cappuccino.
Wi-Fi catches everywhere on the territory of the hotel, even worse in the area of the distant slides of the water park.
We walked to Naama Bay a couple of times. It takes about twenty minutes to walk along a beautiful boardwalk with benches. I bought everything I wanted in the Fixed Price list, the prices are fixed and lower than in other stores.

There is a shallow pool, a party pool, there is a swimming pool, deeper. The water park for fans is also a credit! The service in the restaurant, mostly eaten at the Pharaoh, is excellent. They immediately take the empty plates and bring a drink. There was a normal audience in our presence, there was no influx, so there were no queues, but before leaving, there was an influx of tourists and immediately the restaurant was crowded. We rested in Premer in 2 with my husband from 23.08 to 31.08 . I liked Parkland more in appearance, but it turned out that we booked Premer. We were satisfied with almost everything: from the polite staff, the rooms, the kitchen and, of course, the cleanest sea. The hotel has 2 beaches : we really liked it, you can dive from the pier on the coral , look at the fish and also have a full meal in the restaurant . On the sandy beach there is a calmer approach and a calm sea , for those who like to swim not at depth , this is the best thing . ( there is also lunch: potatoes , vegetables , shawarma , burgers ) . In the end, of course, I got tired of driving and adjusting to the bus schedule. In the wake. Once we take only the location of the hotel within walking distance to the sea.
Special thanks to the staff : you guys are cool! They are so kind, polite, smiling , sociable. Everyone will help, tell you and there was no strain at all so that we don 't know English well, and they don 't understand Russian well. We understood each other perfectly.

The only thing I DIDN't like was the guide from Biblio Globus Galina: some kind of horror movie was with this woman. We came to the meeting, saying that we probably won't be there until the end, because we have an appointment for the beach and we still need to have breakfast. And since it was necessary to fill out some questionnaires , they asked us to just give them to us so that we could fill them out while she was talking . But she didn't care, she stubbornly talked about excursions that are 2 times more expensive than those of the locals , said – I don't keep anyone, but I will give out questionnaires only at the end. I had to sit until the end to pick up the questionnaires, which in fact were only in order to write which excursions we chose. Of course, we borrowed from the locals and had a great trip. We got into this hotel with the Arabs in April 2024. This is something with something 🥴 "Gypsies in a noisy crowd" as they say ... dirty plates were put out in the hallway at the door, and the staff was in no hurry to clean it up! It seems that they lived in a terrible dorm. The room is sooo tired!!! Is it difficult to at least put curtains on hooks? There was no hurry at the reception, they gave incorrect information. I consider the hotel lobby to be the business card of the hotel. It's dark, small and the interior is NOT very beautiful!!! The food is 5/6 out of 10. Anapa tastes much better. The beaches are both cool. We used to ride them and it didn't bother us. There are drinks on both beaches and you can have a snack at lunch. The animation is so-so. The territory is large, because it is connected to the water park along with another hotel. The guys at the reception of the main hotel, by the way, are great fellows! This is the best hotel I've been to!
It's my first time in Egypt, I've been to more than 20 countries and a huge number of hotels, but this hotel is worth the money! ‼️
I must say right away , I didn 't pay extra anywhere , I didn 't bring any chocolates , I tipped the waiter on the beach once ☺️
The room was 4218, the room is spacious, with a beautiful view, clean, everything you need is there!

I want to tell you about the staff separately: there are a lot of them and you can contact anyone, they will help you or send you to someone who will help. The hotel itself is not bad, the rooms are renovated, well cleaned, 1.5 liters of water per person is left every day. There are 2 beaches: coral is for swimming with a mask to look at the fish, and sandy, there are no fish here, but a good sandy entrance to the water. Food.... well, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect variety either. Of the fruits, only oranges can be eaten.

We stayed at this hotel May - June 2023.We liked everything very much, a wide range of dishes, they cooked very tasty.The waiters' service is at the highest level, always with a smile and I would like to mention especially two guys named Flobater and Ahmed. After reading negative reviews, we did not expect anything good from the hotel, but it turned out to be very good, for a hotel that is one of the most budget in the five-star category. Well, I'll start in order:
1. Check-in - we arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning, according to the rules, check-in at 14-00, at 10-00 we were put on bracelets and we went to the room (for earlier check-in, the hotel requests $ 20 per room, subject to availability);
2. The room is large enough, we had one 2-bedroom bed and one single, lived on the 4th (for a femeli room they asked for $ 30 per night); cleaning is very weak - but on request, everything is done (towels are brought, the bed is changed, etc.);
3. Meals are for us I liked the kitchen, standard breakfasts - porridges, yoghurts, eggs; lunch 2 types of soup-puree (there were not enough crackers :), chicken, fish, beef, very tasty pastries (oriental sweets); dinners are more diverse - a lot of grilling (chicken, beef, fish) several times there was a marine theme - crabs, shrimp, tuna; fruits - persimmon, guava, plum, tangerines, apples, bananas, melon, grapes, oranges;
Drinks - good coffee only for a fee, draught from samovars in the restaurant; in bars, too, instant tasteless, delicious hot chocolate; beer - from bottles Stella - normal, from kegs came across sour; wine is the cheapest; from strong I tried only gin and tonic :), cocktails were organized at the very beginning of the dinner; there are 2 restaurant Ala kart - Italian - liked / fish no - gnawed by mosquitoes :(;
4. the sea is the most important reason why we are going to Egypt, we initially knew that the hotel has 2 beaches to which the bus carries. You need to sign up on the eve, go 20 minutes; Sandy beach (smells strongly of diesel fuel) - for those who do not swim in a mask .... If you go a little to the right for a turn, there is a coral reef - good, beautiful, a lot of fish ... but keep in mind there are no buoys and rescuers, the reef is wild, illegal (entry is only in corals, shallow enough, you can sting on a hedgehog or coral); a net is stretched on the beach - they play volleyball, conduct an easy animation - you can stay until the evening - snacks are brought for lunch, there are also enough drinks; Coral beach - located in the Ras Mohammed Nature Reserve - a beautiful reef, but there is too much concentration of tourists on the permitted area (like herrings in a barrel), you can dive, there is also a shallow approach (in shoes, the bottom is rocky), you can also stay until the evening - a full lunch. The trouble with toilets is that they are there, but they are constantly dirty:(;
5. Aquapark - if you don't want to go to the sea, the hotel has 5 swimming pools and a water park. On the main pool there is active animation, foam disco, water games, yoga; a good water park with 10 slides (no queues, a lot of rescuers), there is a separate water park for small children;
6. Evening animation - standard mini disco (lots of kids), oriental dancing, fire show (I recommend it very nicely), acrobats, Mr. and Mrs. of the hotel, even later they hold a disco (but we didn't live to see it).
7. The area near the hotel - to the left - Hollywood - a mysterious structure with a dinosaur park / to the right is a mango shop with fixed prices, and McDonald's.
Summary - we were satisfied with the rest, I will not lower the star for dirty toilets and rooms, there were much more pluses than minuses. All the staff is trying, they are ready to help at the first request.

I was in Egypt for the first time. Mostly vacationed in Turkey. But this year the prices have been raised too much, so we decided to try to change direction. And they did not lose. The food is definitely better. Meat every day. Beef cradles are just a bomb. No mutton. There is always a chicken. Alcohol is the same-no alcohol, although the white wine from the bags is good. The soda is cool. Seafood once a week. At the expense of cleanliness and cleaning here, of course, not very much. From the word in general. The sea is clean and transparent with a huge number of fish (coral beaches). We were taken by bus to the sea for 15-20 minutes, it is necessary to sign up every time (it does not bother at all, even disciplines). Only tourists from Middle Eastern countries were confused (they were very loud and noisy, there was a moment when they walked right with the drums), as representatives explained to me that they had no standards of decency in upbringing. To summarize, the sea +, food +, cleaning-. I liked the staff, neutral, no imposition, no neglect. Well done in general.

On the last day after the eviction at 12, we were stripped of our bracelets, changed to white ones at the reception they said that we could have lunch, but in fact, arriving at the sea, we were refused a bar and lunch. This has not happened to us in any hotel. There was no hair dryer in the room. The broken kettle was immediately replaced. We rested in the early days of December 2023, the pools are icy, we did not dare to swim.
Of the advantages, I liked the dinners very much, especially what they cook on the street, the rooms are normal, they make all sorts of funny things out of towels for tips and clean well. The beaches are good, it's even interesting that there are two different ones and you can ride to them, but the food there is as simple as possible rolls mostly on one, fries, nuggets, rice on the other

The service is so-so, but it will pull... The area is medium-sized, three heated pools, the smallest of all, but there was enough space. There are two canteens, a little greasy, one a little fresher, the other not so much... The choice of dishes is average, breakfast is baked, the choice of cheeses is not great, you can plug the gut, lunch is more interesting, dinner is better than everything else, the beef was super. Alcohol: beer in mini cups, we had to take four at a time, wine was poured from a plastic conister. There is a small water park on the territory, the water was not heated, but everyone rode. About 7-8 slides were working, at a certain time. Room cleaning is average, not ideal, swans were twisted out of towels, etc. the refrigerator did not work, there is no minibar. The furniture is tired, there is a kettle, respectively tea, coffee ... 165 thousand rubles for 4 people is not a pity... Impressions: from winter Perm to summer Charm - cool. The sea, the fish are super. The room was paid for by a simple tin, at night the ants almost devoured us. The next day, we paid 100 greenbacks and were moved to a two-room room with a view of the aqua slides. The XPERIENCE KIROSEIZ Hotel
is the most terrible!
According to the rating, this is supposedly 5 stars, in fact, no more than 4x! Even 4 stars can be given with a stretch.
We were put in a terrible 2-bed room for 4 people! They brought 2 extra beds, collapsed. Dirty mattresses. Instead of a blanket, a mattress pad was brought to the child. Number 4110 is dead. Everything is old, tattered, not working. The phone was not working, the safe was broken, the toilet drain buttons were falling off, the water in the sink was not flushing, the exit to the balcony was broken, the toilet was not fully closed-the repairman came, knocked out part of the door jamb))). The towel has holes in it. Card number one for 4 people!
The pools have no free sun beds, the pools are cold, there are no normal warm heated ones, the temperature is like in the sea, barely warm. I've never bathed in them for all 9 days - it's cold))) To get to the sea, you need to book a bus a day in advance! And you can't go to the sea twice a day! It's a long way to the sea, 20 minutes, and you can only go back and forth once every 2.5 hours. The beach is small and full of sun beds, you can't find any free ones. There are corals with fish. There's a lot to see with the mask
The food is so-so. There's not much choice. It's monotonous. Not like in 5 stars. At the bar, foreigners are served normal cocktails, and Russians are given garbage. In front of me, a foreigner was taking a mojito, he made it for her properly and a lot of Lime and mint...and he poured me a sprite, green liquid, and that's it...I asked where the lime or lemon was, and he grumbled and tossed me one small slice. Howling, they have a national division.
Unsanitary conditions are everywhere. On the 3rd day, we were poisoned by this food and water, and the two of us and my husband were ill for 2 days until we went to the pharmacy.

The kids' club has dirt on the floor, on the shelves, and on the windows - I was shocked by the conditions for children. I wrote in the receipt that you can't let the child go alone, I come and my daughter is walking alone on the playground, and the animator is inside the club. Kids club has one name...There's nothing there, it's boring. No one has played with them yet..
There is practically no animation either. Only in the evening there will be some kind of show in the amphitheater, and that is of a very low level. And during the day, no zooms, fitness, or anything else...only darts and boccia games. It's boring and sad. And water classes were held in the ice central pool. Where no one climbed, it was getting cold
We were on New Year's Eve, so if you're not ready to pay $85 per person for a holiday, you'll just be without anything. In the evening, a regular dinner is no different from the others, and there won't even be an evening animation! And who paid for it - there was a holiday on another territory of the hotel. Shame. Anyone could make an evening program for the guests without paying. At least the usual show
I have been to Egypt 6 times and this is the worst hotel and vacation. Don't set foot in here again! And we won't advise anyone. It's not clear how good reviews are written here (although no, it's clear, we were told that animators ask for phones from vacationers and write good reviews themselves in order to increase the rating)
Only our gardener and cleaner can be given 5. They are polite and friendly, even without knowing the language.

For a little money, you can relax there, a huge fat plus is a water park, a good pool. The restaurant is normal, the food is good. The room was given just a terrible, smelly toilet, the smell like in a public toilet, a puddle leaking from the toilet, complained to the reception, said they would come to fix it in 10 minutes, but no one came at all. I couldn't stand living there for the whole vacation, thank God we were moved to another building (our building was disconnected from the light or for repairs, I still didn't understand). I ran from there as fast as I could. It saved our vacation. If they hadn't overpowered me, I wouldn't have given more than two stars. Before that, I read in the reviews that the reception staff specifically put Russian speakers in these terrible rooms, so that they could move them to better rooms for money, it seems to be true! In short, if there is no money at all, then you can be patient, or swear and demand another number. If there is an opportunity to buy something better, then pay a little extra and buy a neighboring Parkland. This is a hotel nearby, their own network. The rooms there are more decent and cleaner.
