Good hotel, everything is good, the food is good. Clear. Drinks are served at lunch and dinner by waiters. Tea and coffee only at breakfast, after - only in the bar, but around the clock + kettle in the room. The dinners are themed. There was enough room for everyone. Although the British pulled the blanket over themselves a bit. But there were more of them objectively. But ours are still cooler))) The animation is average, but the girls are trying, they gave us foam parties, and mango day, and the Olympics and other all sorts of different + darts and bocce, wonderful, who knows, he will understand. Everyone is distributed: foreigners 70% at the swimming pools, Russian speakers at sea. There are many stairs, but there are elevators and a minibus runs through the territory to the sea and back. In the dining room, the guys cooks and waiters understand Russian, everyone is friendly. The cleaning is normal, for a better tip. The hillocks are watching the maids (there are men there). The fish are just insanely beautiful, but with small children and those who can't swim, there's nothing to do there, because the sea is deep from the pier. But the underwater world is just a fairy tale! For those who do not swim, there are many pools. There is a small bazaar-shops across the street.. A free tour of the Charm. A huge plus for the hotel is EVERYONE
in the evening, a FREE transfer to different areas of Charm is organized for three hours, you can get acquainted, shop, buy mangoes. I could easily go there again, I recommend it! I liked it))).... Although I didn't want to go to Egypt, I wanted to go to Turkey))) I didn't regret going. And I've been driving for 17 years and I'm already moody. But I can keep a balance and separate what is important and what is not.

There is ice cream every day. There are a lot of fruits in the restaurant. The beach is small, but there are enough sunbeds. The reef is "poor", there are not very many fish. A lot of crows arrive on the beach after lunch, shitting on sun beds and mattresses. Near the pools, sun beds and mattresses are washed, but on the beach they are still dirty, no one cares about them. And the beach is cleaned somehow. The animation is not bad, the animators are doing well, they are trying. We went to this hotel in early December and we were unlucky with the weather, it was cold and a strong cold wind (although this is not the first time in Egypt in December), even the locals said that it was abnormally cold. In general, the hotel is good, but I would not go a second time, because I love space and to have a good reef.

- it's a little dirty (you can wash the walls in the dining room)
- rooms and reception require updates. Remove wood and replace old furniture everywhere (bars and restaurants)
- there are no juices for money and you can't buy fruits nearby
- the gym is small and in the basement. They're all old and there aren't even rugs
- at least a paid bathhouse or 1 time by appointment
- there are dirty sunbeds on the beach. In 11 days, the mattresses were washed 1 time and then when everyone came to sunbathe by 9.00 . And who will wash the dirty plasstmass ?
- the staff in the dining room drinks coffee in the morning at 7.00 with the guests. It 's not a pity , but everyone pays attention

A nice green hotel, one of the most beautiful living reefs with a large number of animals. The staff is very helpful, they clean the room every day, and they also leave unusual figures made of towels and flowers. A large selection of dishes and number of places to eat. Three bars + one in the pool, although the alcohol is local, but the wine and beer are quite decent. Of the minuses, this is a very small area and a large drop if you walk from the sea to the main building (30 degrees for sure, but you can also get there by car, which runs constantly), there are rather tubby sunbeds on the first line and the depth of the pools is very small.

We had a rest from 10.01 to 17.01.25. In general, everything was very pleasant! The sea is invigorating! We were swimming. The beach is well maintained, the territory too. The food is not monotonous, but delicious. There were seafood and fish, snacks are a little lame, so overall everything is fine! I really liked the attitude of the staff! Everyone is very smiling and talkative (Most people understand Russian), especially we would like to express our gratitude to the bartender at the pool, Yusuf! The food is very varied and delicious, the staff consists of men - they are always polite and smiling! The room was cleaned daily. I would like to note the atmosphere created by young girls and boys (animators) - entertainment from 10 a.m. to late at night - yoga, physical education, dancing and more! I took off 1 ball for the seashore - I read that the coral coast, but so far I felt it myself it was not very clear ((( You could only swim by walking along the pantone - there are deep and a lot of animals there. On the one hand, it takes my breath away from such beauty and diversity of marine life, and on the other hand, I feel uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are fresh and comfortable. The food is delicious, not very diverse, but you can always find something to eat.
Wi-Fi is weak and does not work throughout the territory sometimes. 2 times a week there was no Wi-Fi at all, they said that the problem was in all hotels.
The reef is not very rich, there is not much to look at.
Since the hotel is multi-level and the pools are distributed throughout the territory, you can always find a free sunbed in the pool, too, quite freely.
Don't believe the reviews about animation. The animator girls themselves are good, they try their best. But the DJ and the main animator are absolutely not interested in working. The reviews are very much asked to write by the animator girls themselves, apparently they need it for reporting, since they take pictures of the reviews. It seems that they work primarily on reviews, but no one is really interested in improving and changing the program. Because we gave our recommendations to the animators, which would be interesting to the guests.
The animation is quite mediocre. During the day there is water polo, a barrel, and sometimes darts. But all this is not very long in time. There is yoga, but in fact it is exercise.
Evening events like Miss and Mr. Hotel are not original. On karaoke nights, the hotel does not provide a projector so that everyone can sing. There is only a semi-working microphone. The evening program is terribly boring and uninteresting.
The DJ plays Arabic music most of the time, although there are very few Arabs in the hotel, mostly Europeans and Russian speakers. One day, the DJ was generally offended by the guests, took the laptop and left, and the karakoy evening ended there.
But in general, we were satisfied with the rest.

Great hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We are resting now! The territory is small, but there is a bus to the beach, which goes often and the driver is cheerful) all the staff are very friendly! Cleaning for 5! Water is always at 1.5 in the room, tea, coffee. A bathrobe and slippers are provided upon request. Bartenders even bring drinks on the beach. There are evening shuttles to Soho, Naama Bay, the market. It is better to take sunbeds by the sea from 7-8 hours.

Let's start : kitchen-5 (the assortment is huge, delicious, a variety every day,...) animation - 3, (which is not interesting during the day or in the evening), service-4 (all staff are polite, smiling, responsive ..., except for the cleaners), rooms- 3.5 (renovation is needed), beach-4 (it will go), coral reef-5+ (the variety and number of fish is huge, the sea the most beautiful, the pier is only 30-40 meters). We rested here in December 2024. The hotel itself is tired, but the rooms are very comfortable. Comfortable mattresses and excellent pillows. The food at the hotel is very good, compared to most other hotels in Charm. And most importantly - a gorgeous coral reef with a very convenient descent into the water.

A great hotel for those who really came to relax. The hotel has a small territory , but everything is there . There are several pools, so there's plenty of room for everyone, but we're more of a sea lover. The reef is beautiful , lively , there are many different fish, turtles constantly swam, stingrays and barracudas. The staff is very friendly, daily room cleaning.

We stayed with friends at this hotel in December 2024 from 14 to 24. There were very strong winds for several days, but the air temperature was 24-25° hot.

A 3-hour Soho trip, in principle, it seemed to us that there was nothing to do, we had to take a taxi back, a taxi for two dollars per person.
The reef is small but beautiful.
The beach is multi-tiered, there were enough places, beach towels are changed. There is a pool with warm water, there is a lobby bar. The beach and pools are open until 17:00, but already at 15:30, in principle, there is nothing to do on the beach at this time. The sun goes out and it gets cold, it's December.
The rooms are cleaned, there is drinking water, we did not have the declared bathrobes and slippers, we had to ask for a very long time, they brought a bathrobe only after 4 days, and then one to the room, they gave a dollar, they brought the second after 2 days, they also asked for a dollar.

We had a rest with my husband at this hotel. From 12/13/2024-12/23/2024. Check-in after 14.00 is no longer like that, check-out before 12.00, but our card was already blocked at 11.00 so that we would not get into the room. But they offered to give me a room with a sea view for a fee. Even the beach is well connected to the Internet. There were no problems with him. Different cuisine every day. To be honest, I didn't like the cooking at all. On Tuesdays, the shrimps make a showcase with fish, but damn, it's like a dummy and that's it, and everyone takes pictures as if it were real. The only delicious food was meat and potatoes. In theory, the food in basically every hotel is almost the same, but the broccoli was always unfinished. It's cool that there's a bar on the beach and at 12.30 they roast chicken and French fries, and at the higher bar I took a Greek salad once, it was frozen. Somehow cucumbers and tomatoes are in the freezer somewhere. There are a lot of pensioners who go to this hotel 5 times and everything suits them. But when you have something to compare it with, you realize that you won't come to this hotel anymore. The reef and pantone are cool. There's no animation at all, they only came up to us in the last few days and offered to go to yoga or exercise. I was vacationing with my husband this fall. The rest is definitely for 10/10!
The biggest plus that we noticed in this particular hotel is the responsive and kind staff! All employees are fluent in English, and we even got Russian speakers, which is very convenient)
Also, we would like to note the convenient location of the hotel. It is within walking distance from the beach. There is everything you need nearby: pharmacies, shops, restaurants.
On the territory of the hotel there is a gorgeous swimming pool with always clean and warm water, amazing vegetation, which, combined with the beautiful architecture of the building, gives aesthetic pleasure!
This event definitely gave me the most vivid emotions, we will definitely come back here again!

The hotel has good food, housekeeping, bars, excellent Wi-Fi everywhere on the beach, in the room and on site. There are three different pools, both large and cozy small ones.. Cons there are stairs going up the hill to the dining room everywhere. The sea the first line of 25 steps down to the sea is not very convenient. The food is good, but everything is very spicy. You can order room service for free. Minibuses will take you to the dining room and the beach if necessary. The sea is excellent and clean, although in April it was 18 to 29, the sea was cold.

While the memories are fresh, I decided to share my impressions about the hotel. We had a rest at the end of March.
Arrival. We were at the hotel at 9 a.m. A standard with a view of the pool was paid for (although any room there will look at it, since the pools are located at each building)). For $ 10, a sea view was added, in the calm 11th building)). They offer it without hesitation. We even managed to bargain. The room is great, everything works. Great beds. The linen was once new (it did not change in 10 days),slippers, shampoo-shower gel,hair dryer,dryer on the balcony and in the bathroom,TV (3-4 Russian channels),safe,2 waters,tea and coffee. They are cleaned every day, thoroughly. For a dollar, elephant monkeys and someone else are attached to the cleaning....
Food. The main restaurant is excellent. There is always a choice of dishes, they do not end. A lot of meat-fish in breadcrumbs ((, they definitely fry something with meat in front of you, pasta with sauces and filling to choose from, chicken, a couple of soups, side dishes, vegetables, a selection of cheeses, buns, desserts (we went)), fruits (no frills)). Everything is fresh.Coffee machine,tea,water,powdered juices. At lunch and dinner, the waiters bring beer, wine, and spirits. There are no queues, the waiters work quickly, everyone is smiling, positive (hi, how are you?))). They chose the second hall for themselves, as a quieter one. There were always places.
The rest of the food places are less positive. Pizza, burgers, French fries-for an amateur, a couple of salads and that's it. I didn't like the a la carte restaurant at all (dishes brought from the main restaurant + chicken and grilled kebab. The buffet. Meaning?)
The beach. There's a different format here. It's small. Tiered. Naturally, everyone tends to take places closer to the sea, so there is a rush on the first tier, with the second and third tiers half-empty (a distance of 5-10 meters). On the first tier, well, just rolled-up sun beds (sometimes you have to put 2 mattresses each so as not to fall through), above-new, mattress-free ones. The entrance to the sea from a pontoon, there is also a 2*2m coral-free entrance from the shore (waist-high maximum). The place for swimming from the pontoon is fenced with buoys and there is sooo not much of it. With a large influx of willing people, the number of legs is equal to the number of fish that are not scared away before the end. There are also traffic jams at the entrance and exit. But, since the work of rescuers in the hotel is two-handed (they are almost never in place), the people smoothly spread out behind the buoys. The reef is beautiful, there are fish.sometimes. sometimes stingrays, huge napoleons, turtles, who do not know what is going on here, "fly in" and quickly retreat. After 5 pm and all night (the pontoon is illuminated)-the wing show)). There is a bar with an efficient bartender. All the drinks are there. Hotel sellers of massage and water activities walk along the beach. Everything is very tactful, they can't stand the brain.
In general, I would like to note the work of the staff. Well done, everyone. Everything is very friendly. Baksheesh is not extorted by anyone, it always remains at your discretion.
80 percent of the vacationers are Russian-speaking, no difference in attitude towards the guests was noticed.
But those who are not good are the animators. Absolutely not a clear job. English speakers (Russian level come on). Exercise (at 10), darts (2 times), bocce (as it turns out), yoga (at 16), aqua aerobics (not sure). Everything is somehow without enthusiasm, from under the stick or something... In general, there is a shortage with coastal activities. Apparently, because of the lack of space)). There is a table tennis table, a small fitness room and two uphill roads from the beach to the main building. They don't work with children. Evening "shows" are not level 5* in any way. There is no disco (hallelujah!).
Conclusion. A hotel for a calm, measured rest. Young people will be bored. It's hard with small children. We managed to have a full rest, reboot. Therefore, a credit and gratitude to the hotel.
And yes, there was a late check-out on the last day. No one cut off the bracelet at 12, did not turn off the WiFi, did not pull a piece out of his mouth)).

Although not a solid five, but the hotel is good, the reef is very good. I took pictures of a lot of fish, including a huge Napoleon. Nutrition is very good for me, I love spicy food. The drinks are also good, the cocktails are strong, the beer is soft, the espresso is not even paid, and the one that is "exclusive" is also very good. Ice cream from the vending machine is served in two bars by the pools, not constantly, but for some hours a day, mango, strawberry. The rooms are cleaned, but of course they are waiting for tips. If you give a dollar, they will smile and wrap towels. We had to unwrap towels, and we didn't want to strain the employee, there was an elderly uncle, so they tipped us for all the days on the day of departure. I screwed up a little bit with the sea view. I expected that for 20 dollars they would give a good view of the sea, but really a decent view of the sea only from the 8th building closest to the sea, there are horse prices. The view of the sea from all other buildings is already deteriorating due to the 8th building and the previous ones. Even from the 3rd floor is not very good, although for the 3rd floor you have to pay extra for 15 dollars per day.. This point is important to me, I was upset. But at least they settled in quickly, arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., check-in at 2 p.m., but they took into account my 20 dollars and settled in at 10 a.m. The beach is not wide, like the whole territory, but the reef is unlimited. Although the rescue guys whistle their whistles, but you can get out, my husband and I eventually explored the entire bay. A nice street with shops where you can take a walk in the evening. The evening show was good a couple of times with competitions, and so the usual Egyptian dances, songs, will do. About half of Russians and half of foreigners are Italians and Americans. The attitude towards Russians is of course a little worse than towards foreigners, but in general, the staff is friendly, many people speak Russian. We went on a free trip to the Sandy beach - it's a complete dilution, there's nothing to do there, spend the whole day in the heat without lunch, a beach like an urban paddling pool. Therefore, everyone had to take a taxi back 8-10 dollars. I had an application with a taxi, so they called for $ 4, left there for their excellent reef. The pools are very good, for every taste. A small slide of the water park, my husband got stuck there, but you fly up to 55 kg perfectly. On the plane, they give you a free sandwich and a glass of tea and coffee. Everything on top is expensive, 400 rubles a pack of chips. The inspection is annoying, in three places exactly in Egypt, especially when we left. The journey from and to Kazan eventually took 12 hours with all transfers. Although he will only go for 5 hours.
