Today I came for an order at the restaurant "Yapona Mama" as a courier. I was unpleasantly surprised by the way the delivery guys are treated here. Unlike ordinary customers, we are treated rudely and obviously disdainfully — neither hello nor basic respect. Employees throw phrases through their lips, make it clear that we are "a burden."
It is a pity that in an institution of this level there is no basic respect for everyone who helps to develop their business. This attitude discourages any desire to come here for orders again.

There are seats not only inside, but also outside. So in warm weather, you can sit outside. The service is good, the staff knows their business - this is one of the few branches in which you do not have to constantly catch waiters. I don't recommend this branch to anyone because:
1. There is no wi-fi.
2. The service sucks, they charge decent amounts for tips.
3. The interior of the restaurant requires renovation, the furniture is not comfortable, and the lighting is poor.

It was our first time here and our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The bodyguard's service turned out to be downright rude.We booked a table by phone, but no one informed us that the last order is accepted at 21:30, and the restaurant closes at 22:00. There were four adults and four small children. We were not greeted upon arrival. Instead, the hostess immediately asked about our booking with an unfriendly attitude. We confirmed our reservation and asked to sit inside as it was quite hot outside. However, the hostess claimed that our booking was on the street, despite the presence of several empty tables inside. During the booking process, we were not offered a choice between indoor and outdoor seats. The hostess insisted that we would not fit inside, but a nearby employee said that we could sit inside, although he reminded us twice that the restaurant closes at 22:00, and it was 21:00.
We were not offered a high chair, and we had to find one ourselves. Despite the fact that several waiters were passing by, no one offered help while we were trying to install it.
Some of the dishes were tasteless, plus the poor service. We ordered three identical dishes, two of which arrived quickly. When we asked about the third course, the waiter looked confused, but assured us that it would be ready soon. It arrived 15 minutes later, delaying our dinner. Throughout the time, we were constantly reminded of the closing time.
At 22:00, after finishing our dinner and paying the bill, the children wanted to use the toilet. While they were doing this, the waiter named Iskander again impatiently reminded us that the restaurant was closing. I explained that we had finished dinner and paid the bill, and asked for a little patience, given our situation with young children. Iskander responded dismissively, claiming that they cooked our food according to standards that seem to include late serving. We thanked him for the spoiled mood, the food delay, the poor service and the expulsion of us from the restaurant. He replied sarcastically: "Please."
As we were leaving, the guard approached my foreign husband and started shouting in Uzbek. My husband explained that he did not understand, but the guard continued to shout, insisting on speaking Uzbek and even cursed us. When my husband mentioned calling the tourist police, the guard closed the main door and hid inside.
It was the worst experience we've ever had in my beautiful country and city. The behavior of these employees spoils the reputation of our hospitable country. I am ashamed that such an attitude exists in a well-known restaurant chain.
