Not a couple of nuances, but a number of gross violations from installation to slopes. The window was changed to a "new" one, but the wallpaper was ruined so that now it's just a new repair. Read the contract carefully! It states that the company is not responsible for damage to the wall and wallpaper. The examination was not paid for. At the meeting, the director said that we want to make repairs at their expense. They offered 500 rubles. We refused, they need them more. I do not recommend this company for cooperation.

You need to write and find out about the readiness of the order yourself. To pick up the order, this is another quest. The manager wrote only the address, he should find out for himself that you need to go to the accounting department, then they send you to another office, from there to the street to look for Leonid. And so you run around and look for an employee from other employees, and he is dressed in civilian clothes. I found it, I think I'll take it now, but no. There is also a guard at the barrier, who also needs to bow and persuade to be allowed to stop by for loading. And all this is necessary only for you, no one cares. I loaded it and then it turned out that the masking net needed to be received separately. And after about an hour of running and loading, you stand and wait for half an hour until they give you or make this grid. Maybe this is the norm for legal entities, but not for me. I will continue to bypass this company. Something like this.

I ordered aluminum windows and doors to the house. They promised to do everything in a month and a half and in accordance with the construction project. As a result, they could not make one of the stained glass windows as in the project. Visually, it turned out much worse. The deadlines were delayed by more than a month, which is why the deadlines for the installation of the roof were disrupted. When installing one of the stained glass windows, the nodes of its connection to the roof were coordinated with their designer (as in the construction project they could not do, so they offered another option), but their installers did it anyway in their own way. (as a result, they were redone several times, they could not do it properly and filled everything with sealant, because their work could no longer be fixed). When installing the stained glass window in the roof, the roof membrane was torn. High windows (more than 4 m, remote installation) are filled up vertically by several degrees, respectively, the exterior decoration cannot be brought to the level. All floor-to-ceiling windows and doors have different mounting heights, although the installers were given zero marks for all openings: if you make a finishing floor at the top point of the highest threshold, then it will come into the support profile of one of the windows. And, accordingly, if this profile is closed with a finishing floor, then in another part of the house this floor will be higher than the bottom point of the door. I.e. it is impossible to bring the floor to one level. One of the entrance doors was mounted crookedly: the door block box was made in the form of a trapezoid and mounted into a smooth doorway made of aluminum profiles, as a result, the gaps along the upper edge of the box and the frame of the profiles are 1cm on one side and 2cm on the other, and the gaps between the door and the box are 1.5 cm and 0.5 cm, respectively. We did not put the support profiles on some windows. I have never seen a more disgusting service.

If it's your first time there, you'll break something while you find it. Amazingly. Check-in, check-out, parking, loading - as you're lucky. I won't say for the quality yet.
