The situation is not clear to me because I show my passport upon receipt and then indicate my details in the form, but then they refuse me. The guy was working that day, to my question, "when will the other shift work? "He says 'never.' After such an attitude, there is no desire to use the services of this post office, since they will give me an order at another post office without unnecessary questions.
There used to be a better department, now there is one employee and huge queues, the second time I come to the employee's break. Finally resolve the issue with the staff!

Boorish behavior with customers!!! There is no place to fill out documents!!! Filled in on the scales! Worse than Belpost. I ordered a fir tree from Mogilev to Minsk. I have never received it.
