I rented a machine, a Skiper PE 250. The registration took a few minutes. Well done guys. But the tool itself, much remains to be desired. The disk on the machine is the most "expensive". It was necessary to make a drink at 45°, but he "didn't have a foot in his mouth." I would like to get the tool in good working condition.

Terrible service. I called in the evening and clarified which ones were available, they said that the reservation was for the day. On the trail in the morning.I called them at 11 o'clock on the afternoon, booked a floating vibrating rack. They said on the phone that they had signed up for my number, come. We arrived at 18:30, the man on the issue (with a beard) went to look, he says there is no such thing anymore, they took it away in the afternoon, it was necessary to book.
To my reasonable exclamation that this was exactly what I did and they confirmed it to my number, and by the voice it was with him that I talked on the phone. He just turned around and went on to do his business. By all appearances, showing that he doesn't care at all. So know that the reservation is not working!!! The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired, no apologies, no regrets, not even goodbye. Well, the guys have one less client.. and . who counts them?!

3-discounts for regular customers.It's a small thing, but it's nice.
4-absolutely normal speech, without rudeness (although the previous client brought it out ...- well, this is working with people, there is also a need to pay extra for harmfulness).
