A very responsible and professional master of golden hands did a lot of things to me qualitatively, I am grateful to him for all the great respect and bow to this person and thank you very much
I can't say anything about the prices, probably the standard ones. But I'll tell you about the quality of product repairs. Maybe it's just me who's so "lucky."..I once brought gold earrings for repair (they are long, they are made of balls and these very balls are connected with each other with a thin stick, the whole thread is movable except for the part that attaches to the clasp) it was necessary to put one earring back together. So the master soldered it to me tightly, it did not move at the repair site. I might have thought that it was impossible to do otherwise, but after a while my second earring broke and with it I went to another workshop (this one was closed) and that other master repaired the torn earring for me while maintaining the mobility of the elements and put the first one in order for free.
Also in this workshop, I repaired a torn thick chain, after repair its length decreased (( I did not immediately determine, because the chain of the spouse. Visually it is not noticeable, because there was not a very large number of links missing (the clasp came off the chain and broke into 2 parts in one place).
Another issue was with silver earrings with an English lock, this master refused to repair them, citing the fact that the stone would deteriorate from the temperature. They fixed it in another workshop.
That's how my "relationship" with this institution did not work out.
Maybe someone has a different opinion.
I have not worn products to this workshop since 2017. Periodically I go to see what kind of master is working....but unfortunately it does not change....
It turns out I'm not the only one whose chain has decreased after the repair....there is also a review by Ekaterina.B.
