Good afternoon. I want to share my impressions of visiting the Chameleon tanning club. I must say right away that I have been to all four clubs that we have in Gomel, and my impressions are as follows ... The locations of clubs around the city are quite convenient for each of the residents of our city. I would like to note separately that this is always a friendly staff who is ready to provide all the information to each client. The administrators are smiling, good-natured, and attentive, communication takes place in an easy way, you feel that you are welcome here, which is very captivating. Clean and tidy, it is very important and pleasant. The lamps are good, I'm always happy with my tan. To summarize all of the above.... I recommend you to visit 👍

Good evening . I have been going to this tanning studio for many years . But today I am completely disappointed with how rude young ladies work there, but that's God with him. I am shocked by how much the organization is not customer - oriented !!!! A subscription was purchased for which I went a couple of times , then after a while I came again for the procedure , for example , on November 15 , then I came on November 22 and they told me that the subscription expired yesterday . Well , for a second around 45 minutes there remained .Of course I understand everything if I went once and just disappeared, but I came on the eve.The administrator could just say out of human quality that your subscription is burning out in a couple of days and I would somehow go at least a couple of times. And so it turns out the money is in the trash ! Please pay attention to your employees , how they communicate with customers and answer phone calls or do not answer at all .
