The hotel is very cool, located near the tram and metro stops, close to all historical sites and attractions. next to a grocery store. Our room was cleaned every day, there was a small balcony. The staff spoke English and Russian.

The price-quality ratio is super!
The location is very cool! Within walking distance (5 and 10 minutes) there are different metro lines and a tram stop.
1 minute to the stall with ox, cola, ayran.
20 minutes to the very center on foot.
Breakfast is normal.
Our room was the simplest, small, but had everything we needed. It was clean.
The staff is helpful and courteous.
As an addition, there is a free pool on the 5th floor with a wonderful view!

Nice hotel. There are breakfasts, breakfasts are not like in ol in kluziv, a small variety, it's very good for a budget stay. At the time of my arrival there, and this is the 20th of September, there were only foreigners in the hotel. The dining room/restaurant itself is small. You need to come to breakfast at least by 9 o'clock because then you will wait for someone to eat, but people are in no hurry.
But in general, I'm happy as an elephant + I got a room at a discount. Well, consider it a freebie 🤣
The room was cleaned every day. Drinking water in glass bottles, when they cleaned, they brought a new one. If you want, you can buy more at the reception. The towels were new and battered. The room is small, but to spend the night, get ready and go for a walk is generally super.
The T1 tram and the metro are close.
And the stop Ak Sarai to where the 12th bus goes from the new airport. This bus also goes from there to the airport.
The hotel itself is located in a place where there are shops with clothes, linen, carpets, etc. + there are also hotels.

A good hotel, I rested in it 2 times, the very center of the city, 10-20 minutes on foot to the sights, yes, it's a little dirty and old, but it's kind of cozy, family-friendly. Plus, there is a pool on the top floor overlooking Istanbul.
Of course, if you compare it with Europe, then this is a three-piece, but for Turkey or Egypt, a four is normal. In Egypt, he was in the top five of this quality.

We stayed at this hotel. The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It is convenient to get to the main attractions from it, it is a hotel not far from the metro and tram, and in general it is in the old town. Booking provided a free taxi from the airport.
But there are also a lot of disadvantages. The room is very small, a couple of times there was a strong smell of sewage, the TV on the wall is covered with a wooden box and it is not possible to connect your USB flash drive or cable. The towels were old and worn out, I had to ask for a replacement.
In general, the hotel pulls only 2-3 stars, and not 4 as stated in the advertisement.

We were at the hotel in July, the hotel liked the rooms in need of repair, the bathroom needs repair.
Breakfasts are usual for Turkey without frills, there is a buffet with everything you need. The rooms are very small and the air conditioning is working properly.
I really liked the location of this hotel near the metro station, near the railway, the tram stop is located close to the center of the area, the friendly staff is friendly. in general, I liked everything.
Of course, the restaurant is not four stars more than three stars, as the room stock requires major repairs. There is also free access to the pool for guests. The pool is very helpful on hot days, towels are provided. I really liked the pool, although it looks very big, but it's a very beautiful view from the window and it's cool to spend time there. I recommend this hotel to everyone if you are not picky about the room stock in hotels at a price that also corresponds to reality, you were satisfied.

An excellent hotel in the center of Istanbul, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to all the sights, and even faster to the grand bazaar. The advantage of this hotel is not only in a good location, the rooms are not large but very decent clean and tidy. On the 5th floor there is a cozy swimming pool with sea views. The breakfast is very decent and, in my opinion, monotonous, because every morning, plus or minus the same thing, but there are no questions about taste and quality.

I especially liked the pool with panoramic windows. The pool is small, but this is the highlight of the hotel.
Everything else is also on top. The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable. It's a long way to the historical center, 20-25 minutes on foot. But the exchange rate in the exchangers and the prices in the cafe are not as biting as in the center.
