There were cold appetizers and pastas in the order, after 1.5 hours they brought us one pasta (although there were two), the question where our cold appetizers were answered: "yes, they won't be coming soon, they haven't started cooking them," they approached another waiter, who, without even looking up, said: "So what??? They won't be there before, wait!", by the way, all the neighboring tables have already had dinner, paid off and left. But this is still half the trouble) later we were informed that the second pasta would be in 10 minutes, and the snacks did not start cooking at all, so they would be in 15 minutes. What the "facepalm" was made for. Okeeeeee. We are waiting further. As a result, snacks are brought and after about 3 minutes, pasta with melted yolk leaves, expertly covered with micro-greenery "like an ornament". By the way, the pasta is boiled like pasta "at grandma's", respectively, the price of the issue requires at least some attention to the serving of dishes and, in general, to the service. Okay, it's impossible to eat, we're already calling the manager. A girl comes and just throws up her hands, suggesting that we remove the paste from the receipt, to the question: "what are we going to do with a spoiled evening?", she answers: "we can make a compliment from the institution" (which did not fall anywhere at all, because then we were going to walk around the city). I explained that this option is not suitable for us and we need to solve the issue differently. We are offered a 20% discount and after that in a second!! they take out the bill (as you know, we were not going to leave). Okay. I open an account, and there is a misunderstanding in the form of "pasta" and a discount on it. What about the rest of the check? God! We invite the manager again, who Mumbles something indistinctly, like I'm not me, and **** not mine, it's all the program thinks, I can't do anything about it. It's funny! Unfortunately, I know how the r-keeper or iko system works. I try to explain that their "compliment" in the form of Soviet champagne does not suit anyone at all, to which she throws up her hands and says that she has no other options for solving the issue. Well! It is a pity that this institution has such incompetent staff. We have been here many times and this is a disgrace for the first time. We were in a large company on the 2nd floor in a hall with a fireplace, playing board games. The hall is cozy, perfect for a company of up to 12 people. The toilet is clean, there is soap and towels. I ordered coffee with dessert. Cappuccino is delicious, not bitter, invigorating, fondue with fruits is divine, chocolate, a pleasant combination with fruits.
A banquet for 25 people was ordered.
We discussed the issues of “welcome drink” with the manager: there should have been light snacks (suggested by the manager himself), sparkling wine and vodka. But in the end, the waiter only served sparkling wine. When asked to bring vodka, he said that he was told to put only wine. No further action was taken. Neither vodka nor snacks were brought. Let me clarify once again, all these nuances were discussed in advance with the manager.
During the banquet, when asked to bring carpacho, the waiter replied: "Well, if you find a place to put it yourself, I will bring it." Maybe it's not the guests or the customers who should be doing this?! Maybe, in principle, this answer is not appropriate? Maybe it was just worth removing the extra bottles from the table?
The issue of drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) was not controlled in principle. The guests asked to bring them at least something to drink. WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER WALK AROUND THE TABLE AND SERVE THE GUESTS?! Why should the guests seek out the waiter and beg to bring a morse?
