It's a beautiful place!
I had my first date with the best man on Earth here! I admire his choice. Everything was great: the atmosphere, style and design, the soft tones of the walls, the cozy arrangement of the tables (we were lucky, but there was no one else in this room that evening), the service was very attentive, the cuisine was very tasty (although my salad did not match the composition stated in the menu, but the cook heard me-and yes It was a great chance to show my character to my chosen one and that I would not settle for anything less.) the range of drinks was tempting.

It is certainly an interesting place, and one of the most atmospheric in Minsk.
Be sure to visit at least once.

A small space. Of course, I would like more space. The colors and interior design make the perception of space somewhat easier.
Meal. The portions are modest. Prices are "higher than average". Therefore, I would like to not find fault with the "food".
But there are shoals.
For an average restaurant, I would keep silent.
But this is a place with a history!
This is one of the best establishments in Minsk... How can you spoil a branded flank steak, (which lay for a day in cognac and other cool ingredients and got a light chocolate flavor) ..???
A beautiful serving "on fire" kills all the subtlety of taste and the meat begins to taste bitter, as if burnt.
It's the same story with grilled mushrooms. The taste (and appearance) seemed to have burned out.
Get better, and we will be your regular visitors :)

The food is very tasty, the serving is beautiful, the portions are average, enough to eat. Excellent service, polite waiters. They cook quickly. It is very convenient that the veranda on the street is not located directly on the footpath, so that all passing people look into the plate. Prices are above average, not cheap enough. But in general, the price corresponds to the quality. Convenient location in the center.

The children gave a dinner for the wedding anniversary. To say that my husband and I were satisfied is not enough. We are absolutely delighted. A very cozy place, attentive staff, and chef Stepan is just a talent. The dinner was interactive, we learned a lot about European cuisine, the dishes themselves are beyond praise. We are glad that there are such talented culinary masters in our country. Rating 1,000,000 out of five stars available here

Mixed feelings. That is, if it were a simple city restaurant, it would be no way ... but the best chef in Minsk, an application for haute cuisine. Then the demand is higher. Duck sous-vide is very bad. The cooking technology implies the impeccable softness and tenderness of the meat, and, of course, the aroma. The duck meat had no flavors, not even salt, and was hard to chew. The skin had to be spat out. Gratin is wonderful. The flank steak is just as tasteless. Although the beef in the salad was perfectly cooked. Pumpkin soup and other salads are original, the author plays with the ingredients. This is a matter of taste, which is pointless to argue about. Wonderful desserts, but there are really problems with tea) I saw that there were already reviews about it. An excellent manager, but at the same time weak waiters who should be able to recommend, know the dishes and always bring delicious granola with a spoon... In a restaurant of this level. A generous portion of the freshest sour cream is served to the cheesecakes, while the jam / jam is smeared with a thin pattern on the plate and a dried film "reaches" the guest, into which nothing can get wet. We tried very tasty pancakes here, a wonderful combination with red caviar. Drinks include a soft, pleasant latte and good tea. Not bad desserts (we tried three out of five), moderately sweet and light, but there was no sphere in our visit.
The restaurant has a beautiful design, but differs little from similar ones. The dishes are simple, on ordinary white plates, but everything is clean and tidy, the staff is polite.

I stayed at the hotel of the same name for a week and took breakfast and sometimes dinner. Everything I took was delicious, no fault to find! The hotel is excellent, the staff is pleasant. We arrived in Minsk by car, we were pleasantly surprised that the receptionist helped us park the car - the hotel has parking spaces nearby. They did not have to be paid separately. They are cleaned well, the beds are also comfortable. We'll come back later.

The place and the interior are atmospheric. A white-haired, elegant man works at the bar, which adds atmosphere to this place with a history. The waiters are very helpful and pleasant. The portions are small, so feel free to order a salad, hot, dessert. Eat everything. Men will need a supplement))
In general, I recommend you to visit. Perfect for dinner with the family (there is a children's menu).
And what would you like to improve:
- if you book a table in advance, I would like a parking space for a car to be reserved too.
- Add more vegetarian dishes to the menu.

A wonderful hotel! Very conveniently located in the very center of Minsk. From here you can walk around the most interesting places of the city. A real boutique hotel: all rooms are designer, all different. Amazing staff. Very cute handmade bunnies with the words "do not disturb" and "clean the room, please." The room has everything: a Bork hair dryer, a miracle makeup remover, tea/coffee. The restaurant is above all praise! And a very exquisite wine list. I'm afraid to praise too much, otherwise next time I won't get a number :))))

The rating is very high, I support all negative reviews. Tea is just colored water with bleach, it was impossible to eat the salad ordered for dinner. It just can't convey how tasteless it is! The waiter ruined the evening because she was very arrogant and pretentious and rude! she imposed on us a choice of wine from 2500 tr. per glass (a girl with blonde hair, after talking with whom we understood: Zalkind- the bottom). We took a sip of tea, tasted the salad, paid and left. I didn't even want to talk…
Breakfast (unfortunately it was prepaid, we decided to give it a chance) - the same chlorine tea and the same "service", porridge and pancakes with cottage cheese were liked. But we don't want to repeat it anymore.
We stayed at the hotel- the hotel is beautiful-10 points! But the restaurant is the worst of all where we were in Minsk and Grodno.

We had a perfect evening. The entire staff was as friendly and welcoming as possible, the sets from the Chef were magical, I highly recommend trying veal tartare and salad with lightly salted salmon. And be sure to leave the strength for dessert with blueberries. You can focus on the photo in the review.
P.S. The interior corresponds to the level of the institution, for lovers of not only delicious cuisine, but also a beautiful atmosphere, I heartily recommend it.

This time there will be more words about the service than about the dishes. Still, the institution has a claim.
I was passing by, I decided to drink tea with dessert. I bought a large number of enthusiastic reviews about the institution. There were few people on the day off, both in the hall and on the veranda. First, I went inside, was met at the entrance by a polite waiter, offered to sit down in a restaurant or on the street. I preferred the fresh air. The receptionist was supposed to take me to the table there, but it was more important for him to straighten the tablecloths on the tables than to say hello and offer a place to a guest. Even when I had already chosen a place and sat down, he passed by several times without any attention. As a result, the same waiter who met inside the restaurant had already managed to come to the veranda and offer a menu.
I ordered chocolate bavarese in cherry glaze, green tea. The dessert looks interesting, I liked that it does not taste cloying. The portion is small, but enough to have a snack while enjoying a warm day and watching passers-by.
The impression remained contradictory, and the service smeared it: the waiter is as courteous as possible, even too much, the receptionist has none. It is unclear in the end what it should be. There are no questions about dessert. The receipt turned out to be for 28 BYN.

The restaurant was chosen as the end of the day of celebration of our 30th anniversary of our life together)! I was interested in the bold menu. To say that this is a worthy end to our day is to say nothing! The restaurant is simply gorgeous! Very beautiful interior, cleanliness, snow-white tablecloths, cute interior things, sterile toilet. We came after a day of all sorts of activities and our appearance may not have corresponded to this place, but the staff greeted us politely with a smile and our concern about this dissipated! We felt surrounded by care! The service is on top! The bartender makes a very tasty lemonade. The salads with duck and beef were great, but when the hot ones arrived, I was really shocked! I have never seen such a delicious octopus! I love octopus and always try it. I tried it in Greece, Italy and Spain, but this octopus was tastier, more tender and a wonderful side dish not only complemented these feelings, but also strengthened them! My husband took venison cutlets and was also delighted! Many thanks to Chef Stepan Ostroukh for such a dish! And when the dessert was brought to us from the restaurant with congratulations, we were so touched, right to tears! After all, I mentioned our date once! Thank you so much for our evening! Now we will look forward to seeing you again! For such a meal, a distance of 250 km is not an obstacle)!

We need to work on the service in this restaurant.
It is not clear why they are asked to choose breakfast when checking in, we thought to speed up the service.
No, they will come up to you in the morning and ask you what you want, even if you ordered it on time.
Perhaps they will lose the Poached meat on the way, after 20-30 minutes it will be fixed and coffee will be brought later, when breakfast is almost finished.
And "such a sweat" every day!

We have not seen such pathos even on the Patrick. Inattention, arrogance and not the ability to create a pleasant atmosphere. It feels like the waiters are blue bloods who are forced to serve plebeian customers. The restaurant is always empty, now it's clear why. We stayed at this hotel, planned to have dinner there, after watching enough bloggers and reading reviews, but an afternoon visit was enough. We have dinner at other establishments. I will not recommend this restaurant to my friends.
