- if you want to have a quick breakfast, then this is not here, 3 out of 3 times you waited about 40-50 minutes
- once they even mixed up the dishes, in the sense that they brought something completely different (both tomorrow were not the same). As a result, we made a no discount.
- all breakfasts are 40 rubles (without a drink), it is more expensive than in many other places

Desserts are average , for an amateur
Coffee wants to leave the best. I ordered a latte, it looks delicious, but it's impossible to drink - it's too hot. Even waiting for the drink to cool down for 19 minutes didn't help. Thank you for at least pouring it with yourself.
Probably, for a full-fledged review, you need to visit again and taste all the dishes of the institution.

Breakfast at Zalkind Kitchen turned out to be cozy, stylish, ideal for a leisurely tourist breakfast. Don't expect any special culinary revelations and gastronomy. The dishes are unforgettable, but everything is delicious, there are no big complaints about any of them. With the exception of the pitch, it is not always successful and is not at all modern.

The dishes are rustic, the wine list is good - but the prices of the wines are overpriced.
Several people recommended it as the best restaurant in Minsk, and indeed, it was the best I met in Minsk. But don't expect openings after the top restaurants in Europe and Russia.

I expected to see at least something from the Jewish cuisine, but I didn't find anything (it's a pity). Delicious, clean, fast, polite, but completely uninteresting and unreasonably expensive. The hall is cramped, if it were not for the predominantly white color in the interior, it would be completely uncomfortable.
