Overall, the hotel is wonderful! It has a very convenient location near all the attractions, clean rooms and courteous staff (I also want to mention the administrator Andrey for his sincere approach).
The restaurant at the hotel was also very pleasantly surprised, everything is very tasty and at reasonable prices, the only thing I would like to add is a cocktail menu. There is also a nuance about the double room - in a room with a large double bed, I would like to see 1 large blanket, not 2 small ones, this is very inconvenient. It would also be nice to add hair conditioner and body lotion.
Despite the fact that breakfast is very meager by choice, you definitely won't stay hungry. The only thing that needs to be saved urgently is baking, please add croissants or puffs of some kind, it will be much tastier than cheap, not tasty rolls. Another disadvantage is noise insulation, the view from the window is of course beautiful, but at night you can't sleep with the window open, you can hear screams from the rides.

We stayed for a week with my wife. The hotel left a pleasant impression - good repair, very clean, well cleaned. The room has everything you need, including bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste and a brush.
I really liked the attitude of the staff - they try to solve all requests as soon as possible 👍
There is a restaurant on the ground floor - small, cozy, delicious food. I also liked the buffet breakfast.
In the backyard there is a summer porch, a fountain, a well-groomed green area.
The hotel is located in the city center right next to a huge park. Very convenient.
In front of the hotel there are attractions for children, a Ferris wheel.
We lived in different rooms (we didn't book in advance, we had to move)
From the comments:
- the air conditioner did not work very well in one room (the weather was hot +30 at the time of stay)
- the lid falls off all the kettles :)
- very noisy ventilation in the bathrooms (internal fan)
- strong audibility from neighboring rooms
But in my opinion, this is the best hotel in Gomel.

The hotel is nice, quite modern, has a patio, its own restaurant.
Of the minuses: it is located opposite the Park of culture and recreation (yes, at first it seems to be a plus), but when you listen to screams and screams on the carousel until late in the evening, and at two o'clock in the morning a drunken company leaving the park yells that in vain - you fully realize that this is still a minus. The room does not have a hair conditioner (for me this is also a minus), the bathrobes are very hard, I would like soft ones. The key card is simply given, without a keyholder envelope. Based on the cost of staying at the hotel, the price / quality does not quite match in my opinion.

A very pleasant place with an advantageous location. A park is within a minute's walk, and the main sights of the city are within a ten-minute walk. Parking and breakfast are a pleasant bonus to your stay. Special thanks to all the hotel staff, we felt your hospitality all 4 days of our stay. One moment confused us, which I would like to finalize - the noise in the rooms. After all, it's not okay to pay for a junior suite and listen to the noise from the yard at midnight. It is necessary to regulate the time when guests visit the outdoor area.

The hotel is beautiful. It is located next to the park (opposite). But it takes about 20 minutes to get to the main street at a calm pace. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. I didn't like that there were two small blankets on the large double bed. It's inconvenient! The room itself is small, but it has everything you need. And I didn't like the breakfasts either, they could have been tastier. The coffee was also tasteless. Otherwise, I recommend it.

Advantages of the hotel:
- located within walking distance from the sights, right across a small road from the Daortsovy Park;
- there is a private gated parking;
- polite reception staff;
- the presence of an elevator;
- the rooms have everything you need: air conditioning, safe, kettle with tea set, wardrobe, work table, 2 chairs, refrigerator, shower set, toothpaste with disposable brush, slippers, bathrobes;
- a bed with a comfortable mattress;
- mosquito net on the windows;
- there is a restaurant in the hotel + opposite the restaurant, which also belongs to them (although I didn't have a chance to eat, I preferred a more colorful place);
- very clean. Even in the bathroom, where hotels are usually full of mold
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- very noisy ventilation in the bathroom;
- the noise from the road with the windows open, but I didn't want to close it, because at the end of March the air conditioner didn't work (apparently it was turned off centrally for the winter), it was stuffy;
- the magnetic room keys are worn out, it would be nice to update;
- poor sound insulation of the rooms, you can hear both the corridor and the neighbors' conversations;
- breakfast is so-so. It seems that there is a standard set in the buffet format: cereals, sliced sausage and cheese, vegetables, sausages, bacon, pancakes, porridge, sweet, hot, milk, juice from a bag, tea, capsule coffee. But everything is tasteless, breakfast is without pleasure. The restaurant itself is small, with 9 tables. If you get into rush hour, you will have to sit with one of the guests together.
Overall, the hotel is good. It's great to stay for a day on a business trip. Quite an adequate price for such a quality and range of services.

The hotel is 10-15 minutes from Sovetskaya Street. Near the hotel there is an entrance to a beautiful park that descends to a very beautiful embankment of the Sozh River. I really liked it!
The staff is pleasant, the rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day, toothbrushes too. The breakfasts are delicious and the food is for every taste.
I celebrated my birthday on the restaurant's veranda, the banquet menu is very, very good, five points out of five. The atmosphere is pleasant. I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful hotel. Indeed, it is a castle. We took the presidential suite. This is the second floor with a terrace. You can sit in the room or on the terrace with a glass of wine. Good air. There is a park nearby. The service at all levels is excellent. There is a guest parking for cars.
The only drawback is a very small restaurant (if you can call it that, although it is decorated very cool). Accordingly, when we went down for breakfast, we got into a jam - all the seats were occupied. It is not very convenient to have breakfast standing up. I would like to recommend the Hotel to make some kind of buffer zone. For example, you can organize a waiting area in front of the entrance, and skip as the tables are cleared. This was organized in one of the hotels in Prague, where there was the same problem. Well, the range and quality of the dishes being prepared suffers somewhat.
But otherwise, I recommend it, you will get a wonderful vacation here.

The hotel is quite good, well-trained staff. Clean, cozy, "with a claim." But:
- there is no bidet or even a gigdush;
- no choice: double bed or twin beds
-the combination of light and fan in the bathroom is terribly annoying

Well, the rest is just small things, it doesn't matter. The breakfasts are quite decent. But we waited 1.5 hours for dinner, although everything was quite tasty.
In general, 4 stars "does not pull", somehow more than 3 with a slight minus (well, if you compare for example with Turkey, and even with Egypt), but the overall impression is very good.

Now for the nuances. It is better not to take the windows towards the main entrance, since there is an Ira cafe opposite and, as in the 90s, it will call you to itself until nightfall with restaurant music and "warm" visitors coming out to smoke;)
There is no gym. But it is in this hotel that it does not matter. There are 30 seconds here and in a park where it's a sin not to use jogging.

A very decent hotel! We were there one night. Buffet breakfast in the morning. The menu is good, quite varied. The service is at a good level. I liked the interior very much. Super!!... The room is also good, but there are a couple of nuances. I respect and really appreciate hotels with blackout curtains, but the curtains must be wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor, otherwise they are of little use!) The review does not concern the hotel itself, but the restaurant at the hotel. Friends recommended this place (namely the veranda at the hotel) as a quiet, picturesque place in the city center. There are no questions about the place. That's the way it is. But the dishes ordered there were very disappointing. Most of them can be described as terrible. Only those dishes that were cooked on the grill could be eaten. The rest were much worse in quality than the dishes of the people's favorite restaurant Batsky, but many times more expensive. The evening was ruined.

There are a couple of disadvantages that are incomprehensible for a hotel of this level – constantly pulsating water pressure (it was during all 4 days, especially annoying when taking a shower), as well as ticking clocks that interfere with sleep (it was easy to solve, I just took them to the bathroom at night, but the fact itself is unclear with the general high level of the hotel).

Однозначный и самый большой плюс - это расположение рядом с парком и аттракционами. Бóльшая часть достопримечательностей Гомеля как раз в этом парке и находится. Да и просто погулять по этому парку одно удовольствие. Понравилось наличие парковки - мы были на машине. На ресепшене - всегда вежливо и по делу. Несколько раз обращались, нам всегда помогали.
В нашем номере был огромный санузел, но бестолковый - душ прямо в пол со шторкой без поддона и без кабины; маленькая раковина, на которой еле помещается стаканчик с зубными щётками и унитаз.
Завтрак неплохой, голодным не уйдёшь - мне понравился больше, жене меньше. На завтрак были яичница-глазунья в лотке, три мясных блюда (бекон, сосиски, котлеты), три гарнира (овсянка, вареный картофель, рис или макароны), нарезанные помидоры и огурцы и один вид фруктов - мы попадали на арбуз и дыню. Сами по себе блюда неплохие, но выбор на завтраке хотелось бы иметь побольше. Капсульные кофемашины варили отличный кофе. И ещё были прекрасные вкусняшки к чаю/кофе - кексы и печенье.
В номере было чисто. Холл, коридоры, лестницы, ресторан - везде чисто, аккуратно. В номере был большой шкаф, куда поместилась вся наша одежда на троих и ещё вошла большая дорожная сумка. Мне понравилась большая широкая двуспальная кровать шириной, видимо, 2 м. А вот подушки - не понравились, чистые наволочки, но подушки сами комковатые внутри, плоские и неупругие. В номере был отличный устойчивый Wi-Fi, работал без всяких проблем. Я бы не назвал тот номер, где мы жили уютным, но это дело вкуса. В ресторане отеля мы не были, только завтраки. А вот напротив через дорогу от отеля есть ресторан "Ирина" - там мы отлично поужинали.
Если бы мы ещё раз приехали в Гомель, думаю, что остановились бы опять в этом отеле.

Отель в целом понравился. Своя закрытая парковка. Сотрудники на ресепшен вежливые и доброжелательные. Номер чистый, комфортный. Есть все необходимое, включая халаты.
В ресторане вкусная кухня.
Снизила оценку за барышню, которая 25.06 утром встречала гостей на завтрак. Уважаемые руководство, прошу проработать с сотрудником. Нельзя так грубо разговаривать с гостями. Ни поздоровалась, ни тени улыбки. С мрачным лицом выплюнула: "номер какой?! Ну?? Проходите!" Сложилось впечатление, что гости ее раздражают. Таким тоном и манерой сейчас даже в поликлиниках не разговаривают.
При достаточно высокой стоимости за ночь странно получать от персонала грубость, это просто недопустимо. Во всем остальном отель буду рекомендовать.

Очень часто небольшие отели выигрывают у сетевых. Замковый тому пример.
Отличное расположение. В непосредственной близости от главной достопримечательности Гомеля - шикарного парка, а также набережной реки Сож.
В отеле идеальная чистота. И это с лихвой компенсирует отсутствие "меню подушек", так модного нынче в крупных отелях.
Здесь персонал по-настоящему внимателен и добр к тебе. Да и в принципе здесь всё по-домашнему.
Завтрак не такой разнообразный, но вполне съедобный.
Есть своя парковка. Небольшая, но места в выходной день хватило.
Из минусов отмечу наличие парка аттракционов под окнами отеля.

Also, on the first day of arrival, the vegetables were cut very large, as not for people. But in the following days, it was fixed.
There is an elevator, it works well. I was also surprised how clean the kettle was in the room. I saw my reflection in it, phenomenally 🤝
It is also worth noting that I made a reservation a quarter before the accommodation via the hotel's website. During this time, the price has changed, which is good considering inflation (instead of reducing the quality of services). I was warned about this by E-mail in advance, well done🦊

It's not bad, but 460 bel. rubles for an ordinary one-room room, where there is not even a wardrobe! What is in the room is the hallway. There's not even a single shelf there. There is nowhere to put the suitcases and bags. The water in the bathroom does not go into the bidet, in the bathroom, or in the sink.
