A comfortable location!
The guys explained very correctly how and in what time frame the whole process of cleaning my shoes would take place. Today I picked up my favorite beige pair of CAT sneakers.

The best shoe repair and cleaning in Minsk, I have applied more than once with cleaning, gluing, painting and repair, summer and winter: there have never been any questions about quality. I rarely write reviews, but in this case I couldn't resist. I took beige Chelsea shoes to the workshop, which are 3 years old, and which were worn both in the off-season and in winter. I thought that nothing would help them anymore. And what was my surprise when they returned to me a brand new pair of shoes!! Guys, respect to you! You have a plus one regular customer!))

Самый лучший сервис по уходу за обувью в Беларуси!!! Рекомендую ребят от всего сердца, не раз уже приносил им обувь, и всегда оставался доволен на 110%. Ребята дают такой сервис из разряда: Один раз попробуешь, и уже не сможешь остановиться. Дают хорошие рекомендации по уходу за обувью в домашних условиях. Атмосфера внутри максимально комфортная и приятная, хочется оставаться у них всегда подольше. Так же достаточно удобное расположение близко к центру города и рядом с метро. Помимо обуви ребята восстанавливают и приводят в порядок аксессуары (сумки, кошельки, даже чехлы на телефоны!!!). Если бы можно было оставить оценку больше чем 5, она бы тут однозначно стояла. Еще немаловажный фактор это то, что ребята могут забрать и привезти вашу обувь курьером, если вдруг у вас не получается самим ее сдать. Отдельную благодарность хотелось бы выразить администратору Никите за то, что он достаточно доступно все объясняет и сразу же предупреждает о всех возможных нюансах. Повторюсь еще раз что это лучший сервис в Беларуси, ребята большие молодцы!!!

I handed over my shoes several times for cleaning, but as a last resort I was not warned that the delivery was paid. At the same time, the website indicates that from 100 rubles is free. I was confronted with the fact at the post office, I had to get out on the spot (I didn't have a card and cash with me). The owner did not admit in the messages that the information was not transparent and not complete, but proved that I was petty and arranged a showdown for 4 rubles. In good services, they usually promise to improve and return the money, but this is not the case, there are not a cent of loyal customers here and then they will tell you about you on Instagram how bad you are.
I do not recommend it if you want an honest service without hidden surcharges and customer orientation.

Not the most pleasant experience
I brought Salomon trekking boots for repair and cleaning, my experience. By agreement, the repair was carried out only on the front of the shoe, there are no questions about cleaning. The price was 236 rubles. Other parts of the shoe were not touched and were not asked if they needed to be repaired
Later I found out that I would have been charged another 100-120 rubles in addition to repairing the backdrops. In total, the repair would cost more than the pair itself
I can also mention the courier who arrived not from 21:00-22:00, but almost at 23:00 (well, at least the delivery is free)
I have conveyed my impressions. Judge for yourself by the photo and text, personally I will look for other guys with more affordable prices

She handed over satin shoes for cleaning, her nose was smeared, and she tore off her heels in the most brutal way on the boards between which she fell on stage. I was refused several dry cleaners because of the satin, but the guys did everything, even wiped off the heels, for which I thank them very much. Pleasant service, always in touch.

According to the master, it was pointless. I was satisfied with the result of cleaning, returned a decent appearance to the shoes. The laces were given as a gift — a pleasant moment. Просто пушка-бомба. Работаю недалеко, но сомневалась заходить ли. В кроссовке сын пятку сломал. Думала, что в таких частных конторах работают те, кто просто попытался нишу занять и неважно, что в обуви не понимаешь). Все таки решила что ничего не теряю и... бинго. И пятку сделали и денег не взяли). Девушка, которая у них работает что то там подправила и сказала что если не поможет приносить и уже поменяют пласик внутри. Пока ждала предложили кофе, водички. Узнала, что все с проф образованием.. Показали готовые изделия - сделано на совесть. Цены очень невысокие. Так что рекомендую

Наконец нашёл сервис по уходу за обувью, к которому нет нареканий. Которые забирают, делают и затем привозят тебе домой. Качество приличное, был сложный заказ по восстановлению кожаных лоферов и несколько десятков кроссовок.

Атмосферное место, с классным сервисом и сотрудниками. Сделали все возможное для моей обуви, так еще и в краткие сроки (вошли в положение, так как мне нужно было уезжать). Дали рекомендации, положили обувь в свой фирменный пакетик, что тоже добавляет атмосферу)
Цена тоже хорошая!
