Dear store administration!
I have visited your store several times, but, unfortunately, I have encountered the lowest level of customer service among all the Zara stores that I have visited in different countries and cities.
The main claims:
1. Consultants do not know the assortment, do not help with finding the right size or clothes, there is almost never any staff in the fitting rooms to provide assistance.
2. There have been situations in the fitting room where outsiders (including the husbands of other customers) have looked inside, which violates my personal space and causes discomfort. There was also a male consultant in the women's locker room.
3. There are defective items in the store (torn, dirty).
I would like to note separately the situation that occurred today. I came to the store with my husband to choose a dress, but instead of helping me with fitting and buttoning the dress, the consultant made a scandal and called security. My husband was standing at the entrance to the fitting room, and our choice did not interfere with other customers (the fitting rooms were generally empty and no one expressed dissatisfaction). However, double standards were applied to us: on a previous visit, a male consultant was in the women's fitting room, and no comments were made to him or to other men accompanying the women.
Your staff refused to take into account my wishes as a client, did not offer solutions, for example, assistance from a consultant, did not apologize for violations of the rules during previous visits, but instead demonstrated rudeness and arrogance.
I consider such an attitude unacceptable for a brand that claims to have a high level of service. I ask you to consider this incident, take measures to improve the work of the staff and give an official response to the situation.
