The site does not mark a product that is not available (this is discovered AFTER completing an online application - isn't it funny???? A waste of time and nerves!). Zeta's management, take measures to eliminate the disgusting service - the tubes are thrown or not picked up (I did not get through to the complaints department!!! including a cell phone number, they don't really give you information.

Overall, it's a great store and pretty democratic prices! Managers are polite and respond to requests promptly and as correctly as possible... there are absolutely no complaints about them. But the site pleases much less: the discrepancy in price, the assortment differs (although not so much), online operators are the main evil! Absolutely inadequate people... It seems that they have nothing to do with this company and are stupidly outsourcing from some kind of conditional Ukraine. You can't do that ((Well, the overall impression is a great store. But only the offline version of it!

The only drawback is that there is one person in the delivery department, she is the senior in that department. Obsalyutno is not competent, scattered and in my opinion sits out of place.
