The worst store. I came to the store, asked for a chair from the website and in response they said everything was sold. I found it myself among other chairs while I was looking and it turned out that there were 5 unsold ones. The manager just didn't care. The chair was urgently needed for the office, in any other situation I would have refused to buy in such a store. He asked me to wrap it in a stretch film. The manager said that there was no stretch film, although the guys were packing other furniture from below. The receipts are attached. I took a chair here 10 years ago, they served faithfully. But don't set foot here anymore.

I made an order on Monday, paid in a chat on WhatsApp on the same day. I've been waiting for the order number for half a day. I thought, well, you never know, they're busy. Delivery was promised in 2-3 days, later it was reported that a maximum of 4. On Saturday, a message came that the order had been delivered. I had to call the driver to explain how he could deliver something if I didn't receive anything.
The chats are answered exactly until the moment when you start asking uncomfortable questions, which in my case was about the delivery of the purchased goods. No phone is answering. You don't have to try to write to the post office, they don't read it.
As a result, they took the money and now they completely ignore it. And I never received the product I bought.
Take care of your money and nerves and avoid these scammers.
PS A representative of the store called the following Monday. He introduced himself as the director of an online store. He apologized, told a lot of contradictory statements, which of them was more to blame, promised to personally deal with the issue the next day, bring a more expensive chair as compensation.
Naturally, I did not receive any more expensive chair or the same one, now there are no answers to this number from which they called.
So I do not recommend contacting this online store. Deception on deception.

Okay, the headrest has been sorted out, and now the assembly of the "frame" that holds the seat and the alteration of the delightful handles to it.
I calmly screwed the handles to the back, the frame to the saddle, and then it's necessary to connect this whole thing.
I connected it on one side, started making the other, AND OH, WHAT A SURPRISE!
The holes are drilled unevenly! Great. To insert these handles, I had to put my whole body on it, just to insert the fucking bolt.
