The store is GOOD (one star) - the work of managers is terrible.
I ordered 2 shelves on August 21 with pickup (I hoped I would pick up from the store, because the manager does not warn where to pick up my order), they said it would be ready in 3 weeks, because cabinet furniture. I called at the specified time and stuck in: then there is no manager, then there is no connection with the workshop, then there is no information on the readiness of the order, etc. And when they said the address from where to pick it up (2GIS does not see it), my patience burst, I demanded delivery (warned 3-4 days).... and it started again in a new way.... a week has passed and it turns out the delivery has not been displayed - the manager calls and asks to go to the workshop, and when I reminded about the delivery, wait 3-4 days again....
DEAR ADMINISTRATION, please teach your staff, because managers should take care of clear work with orders and positive feedback from the company.
