Today, 11/3/2024, I bought Arab shawarma at the Zhanchik cafe on Nemanskaya St., I had bought it many times before and there were no complaints or complaints.
But today I was not pleasantly surprised at first, half of the shawarma consisted of lavash, of course, it is not pleasant to eat it.
In general, this affects the overall taste of the shawarma, the photo is attached.
I don't understand why this happened!?
I hope this won't happen in the future!
Apparently, next time you'll have to go to the neighbors for shawarma.
When will the situation become clearer?
I would also like to add that after a long time no one contacted us about the situation and the issue was not resolved in any way!
Instagram didn't respond or call back, which is to be expected!
We recently bought a retest, it got even worse, they didn't put much meat, they weren't overweight, and the most unpleasant thing was a lot of sour, cheapest ketchup!!!!
It's a pity, I definitely don't recommend it!!!

I constantly visit these guys whenever possible, in a couple of visits the guys remembered and understood without unnecessary words, they cook delicious, always fast, regardless of the number of visitors, the atmosphere is light and all the employees are friendly and lively. Despite some disadvantages, the pros overlap everything, I really love this place!

I came home and the first bite was a disappointment, only sauce and onions cut into large rings. When I got to the meat, two pieces per hundred grams of total weight were deliciously fried. The shawarma fell apart and became unusable without a plate, and there was nothing else to eat in it except onions, which were cut into huge rings. I was not too lazy to weigh the rest of the product, 290g!! On what principle do you feed your guests? more weight and it doesn't matter what's inside?
