I really do not recommend contacting this organization (if it is an organization at all), on July 8 I paid for an online inspection of the dog and club fees with courier delivery of the pedigree, on August 11 I did not receive anything, although they promised to produce and send it within 7 working days. They just don't take the phone, I would like to just get my money back, but how to do it when I manage to talk once every two weeks with someone who promises to figure it out and call back, but nothing is done. It feels like you're dealing with some kind of covenanters. Everyone who wants to contact the Zhenis Kennel Club - look for alternatives, save nerves and time!
