The buildings in the complex are beautiful, especially in sunny weather, but walking along the streets you constantly see fences there are a lot of them, technically because there is a railway, it is necessary, but I think it was possible to beat them somehow. The infrastructure is quite poor, although the complex is located close to the center. The subway is not far away, but the exit to it is again bypassing many fences. Entry and exit is not very convenient, there is often no parking space.

I chose from different locations , I liked it .a new house . 20th floor , near a large park . The metro is within walking distance. Parking in the yard , a barrier, several shops. To stop and spend a few days in Minsk is a good option.

We bought an apartment on Makaenka 12 A.There have been no problems with parking yet.If not in the yard, then there is always a place for cars around the house.Park, metro nearby.Everything you need is within walking distance.There is always order in the courtyards and entrances.

In the evening, a beautiful view from the balcony or from the open vestibule in the entrance. Interesting architecture (for my taste). The concierge is on the ground floor. Fast and energy-saving elevators. From some balconies (far from all in the LCD), there is a magnificent view of Chelyuskintsev Park, especially from a height of 20-25 floors (it is certainly worth paying for, without sarcasm).
That's where the advantages end. There are few parking spaces, sometimes it's not realistic to miss each other in the yard. It's better not to even stutter about a truck. A huge human anthill.
Prices per square meter are inadequate (up to 2500 euros) and at the same time there is nothing supernatural either in the house or in the yard for this money. The name just now is Vogue. A children's railway runs nearby (but I'll give it its due, it doesn't rattle often and only during the day). There are not many shops near the complex, but it is enough for a quick purchase.
In general, for the taste and color, I would find a more comfortable place. Fortunately, there is an order of magnitude cheaper, newer, and more pleasing to the eye.

I don't know who thought of building a huge residential complex right on the children's railway. For children! Yards are littered with cars, snow is not cleaned, ice is not sprinkled with reagent. Because of this, there is an accident right in the yards and there is no way to drive.
A separate point would like to mention the 20cm high speed bumps. Believe me, you have not seen such people yet. I barely passed them in a 5-k bmw.

Well, the classic disgusting building from Dana. The sound insulation between the apartments is at the cardboard level, i.e. it is audible even when the hair dryer is turned on in the next apartment. Parking problems (well, how else?). There are shops on the ground floors where you can buy anything. For example, there are as many as 3 liquor stores. In general, if you rent an apartment when the neighbors are not settled, it is normal. But only a sadomasochist will buy an apartment here
