A disgusting place, there is no territory of its own (or rather, it is so small that it is considered not there), there are practically no parking lots, even the residents do not have enough, although the house is not fully inhabited yet, who is interested in studying the plans. The layouts are generally good, but that's it. The contingent of residents leaves much to be desired, but the conceit is higher than the residential complex itself :) I highly do not recommend buying a home there, do not make a mistake.
