There were a lot of gift boxes in the New Year, the Christmas tree stands after the New year, which also prolongs this New Year's atmosphere. I had my nails done at the salon. They cut the entire cuticle, made a crooked shape, and the nail broke exactly an hour later) the nail was redone, but after a week and a half I already walked with five broken nails, and the cuticle grew very unpresentably (there was never such a problem with another master)

I ran in to fix two nails urgently. they were done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly not expensive. they approached my situation responsibly and helped me a lot. the staff was polite and offered tea/coffee. they also found a wet wipe when I asked how I could wipe my shoes. in general, I put 6 out of 5, with a high probability I will return here again

04.06.2024 at 17:00 I was booked for a manicure with a coating. 20 minutes before the appointed time, the administrator called and warned that the master was delayed for 15 minutes.
As a result, they were delayed for 35 minutes, I consider this unacceptable, respectively, in general, a spoiled evening and a lack of desire to attend the procedure. Respect your time and the time of your customers.

Ambiguous feelings: the top master always does his hair perfectly, I just love it. And the other master didn't care, it seemed to do fine, but she didn't put her bangs on and sent them. Manicure -everything was fine until the master left and tried to do it with a new one, Polina. The master was in a hurry at the end of the day and did everything so quickly that I did not notice how she inflicted small wounds on all her fingers around the cuticle (She flew immediately on a trip and her fingers stung very much for about a week, I remembered this discomfort for a long time... I turned to this studio in search of natural hair. We helped with the choice of a ready-made tress, and not to buy hair for a lot of money, to make a tress out of them. The fact is that I only needed Tressa for 1 evening. We built up a tress for rent with the help of Hollywood extensions, did our hair, and took it off after the event. I was very pleased. Roman and Diana (the owners of the studio) are both very pleasant without unnecessary show-offs. The receptionist Diana is very polite. Coffee and tea are always offered in the studio (several times). I definitely recommend this studio to you. They just helped me with it, they didn't try to cash in, I definitely advise you. + I did wedding makeup in the studio.
