This is not the first time I have applied to this workshop, but this is the first time I have visited this branch. When handing over shoes for repair, the woman told everything very literately and politely, but when receiving a ready-made order, she was faced with extremely boorish communication from the employee. When handing over shoes, they did not specify the need to present a receipt, they clarified that when receiving an SMS about the readiness of shoes, I can come pick them up. My data is in the database, I paid for the repair in full upon delivery, so I came without a receipt. A young man in an extremely impolite manner with constant caustic comments issued an order. When making a claim for the quality of repairs, he rolled his eyes again, answered questions reluctantly, made a confused look and in the end said that all claims were only with a receipt. I received an SMS from the company asking me to leave a review, I left it and shared the situation. Almost a week has passed, no one has contacted us, which once again speaks about the customer orientation of the company. I am disappointed with the repair and maintenance and communication with the client

It's terribly expensive, and I'm not happy with the quality. When, during the care procedures (sand suede turned into brown), the color of the boots is changed and you are not warned, you feel a shock. Before painting my black leather boots, they were not cleaned from the old one and it turns out to be layered and fell off in some places, the delicate leather of the boots became rough to the touch and as if cheap, although it was gentle as oil. I think there are either craftsmen who are hacky, or the materials are cheap. I do not advise anyone to give their shoes there
