The inconvenient one is a limited mileage of 40 km per hour. I don't understand why I need to limit mileage if I pay for the fuel myself. In carsharing, this is justified because of the included fuel in the tariff.
And here you pay for fuel, and 1 ruble from each kilometer of the race, too, be kind.

I don't advise anyone. The situation is this: I took a van three times. The last one is a complete trash. At the time of the transfer of the car, it was hinted that you need to pay attention to the left mirror, I looked, well, on the spot. On the way, it began to slide and almost fell off (it was taped with black duct tape), that is, I was left without a mirror. I called, they said that these were my problems, since I did not reflect this in the contract. They said, call a tow truck for your money. The contract is drawn up so that if there is any problem, the tenant will be to blame for everything. I was transporting gray cabinet furniture, it came to the client black with soot, they didn't tell me anything about it, like, again, your problems. This is about the condition of the car. There was a problem with the suspension on the first bead, something was constantly banging and crunching. Further more, I drove the car to them a day later, but I couldn't give them the keys, the woman said on the phone that the director had a day off, and the next day they called me and said: you still have money for the second day. So think about whether they have a conscience or not. I was simply deceived. The funny thing is, for all my claims, I was told that I was engaged in consumer extremism) that's what they say, the best defense is an attack, plus they began to threaten: we'll blacklist you and you won't rent a van anywhere. If this kind of fraud is rampant everywhere, then I don't need a van, thank you. Take care of yourself and your nerves.

We do not recommend this car rental service to anyone. We took a Ford Transit minibus. They made out for me , because my husband forgot the documents. We examined the car, drew up an act of acceptance of the transfer, the husband was driving. No one clarified that the car cannot be transferred to a third party, but at the same time they saw this fact. There was a breakdown on the way, the car did not start. We called and reported that the car wouldn't start. To which we were told that we could fix the problem ourselves and indicated what to look at.We made a cargo shipment, arrived at the gas station and when the fuel tank was opened, one part remained on the key, the second remained in the tank, it is obvious that this breakdown was already in the car.We called the organization and reported this case, the director drove up. There were a lot of witnesses at the gas station, including gas station employees who saw this process. The gas station's camera manager also confirmed that no action was being taken to "break out" the tank lid, although the director claimed that we had broken it out. Next, we were told to go to the base, upon arrival, a very nervous woman immediately began to tell us that I had violated the contract and handed over the vehicle to a third party, I remembered about the tank lid at the end. Apparently the director called her and reported everything while we were driving. After a long argument, she apparently didn't care about the lid at all, she tried to find out if my spouse had rights and started calling the traffic police (rukalitso) The police arrived 40 minutes later and we decided just not to bother with these people anymore. We paid for the lid, and decided to basically pick up the one that we "broke" and the most interesting thing is that the director was already coming with a new one and immediately put it on. It was clear that this scheme was working for them. And most importantly, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY, OR BETTER YET, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL. They withdraw money even for every little thing, that's how their contract works. Even if there is a satellite fixation that you exceeded the speed somewhere, immediately collect a dirty car- prepare 150 rubles. In general, WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!!

The best car landlord! We took a minibus for 4 hours a day, it was booked for us. We took it for the first time, so we were worried. Upon arrival, the car and the owner were already waiting for us, they quickly issued all the necessary documents and drove off! Because the car was driving just super, cooler than a passenger car! Although we ended up an hour late, we figured it out quickly, and most importantly without overpayments, everything according to the price list. The landlord is a pleasant, literate man, treats like a human being and knows his business. Rental cars look very good, just a couple of scratches (which we were allowed to fix on camera, but it was not useful), interior, body: - everything is clean, odorless. The tank was full, we filled up only 35 liters for 300 + km, and the gas stations are right next to it, and the A100 and the petrochemical. Now we will take cars only here and advise our friends.
