I came across the city, spent my time to hear the cost three times more than previously stated. My question why to misinform clients has not been given clear answers.
We ordered two wedding rings. Men's flat-rolled and women's flat-rolled with stones. We ordered 4 stones (5 were many, 3 were few). The master made 9, explaining it this way: "I wanted so much and it was more convenient to cut a groove... and in general, no one makes an even number of stones." Everything would be fine, but we stipulated all the conditions when ordering. And nothing bothered anyone. The required number of stones was clearly spelled out in the order and highlighted with a marker. In the men's ring, it was necessary to round the outer edge, which was also prescribed! When checking the ring, the face was straight. Explanation: "this is the flat-rolled ring that you wanted." And we wanted to, as it is written in the order! The most terrible thing in this situation is that the masters did not admit their mistake. They said they would redo it with a dissatisfied look. In short, it's a parody of a workshop with staff who can't read and do whatever they want.

She never called back. The day before the deadline, we typed and ordered what was ready. Arrived. It was done really beautifully and efficiently, my respects to the master. But it turned out that the watch was hanging on his hand as if it had been taken from a dead man. To my question, how did you measure it there, that all the work is now for nothing and how to wear it now, she started snorting again, saying that the number of links and length are specified in the contract, I don't care about the rest. To my arguments that I don't care what is written there, and that I came, asked to adjust my watch and they made a mistake in taking measurements, saw an impenetrable wall. I've already started to boil. Apparently the hostess was called. She also tried to get out of something by referring to the contract, but then offered 2 options, either they return everything to its original state (although everything was already sawn there), or they take it away to redo it again for 3 weeks. To my arguments, this is their joint and they must make concessions, for example, reduce the time work, they said it was impossible. As a result, I freaked out and took my watch, paying the full price with all the surcharges. No one went to the meeting, no one offered a favorable settlement of the situation for the client, for example, on time, or they could at least offer a discount for lost time or something. No, I'm not a crumb, I just feel sorry for my time and it's a matter of principle. It would have been better to work directly with the master, I would have given him the same amount without them. I'll redo it in another place. I don't trust them anymore, I shouldn't deal with them. Take care of your time, it's more expensive than money.

The order was completed on time. I had a single men's earring made of gold. The jeweler made it just with a Bang. Everything is at the highest level, I myself did not expect such a result, it's one thing to take a photo, and another to look at it live, touch it. Master of aerobatics.
As I said, my jamb was in the wrong parameter setting and the earring was sent for revision. I was sent to a meeting and finalized according to new parameters, while I did not pay a large amount, and the quality just flew away.
