We came from St. Petersburg for a wedding to relatives. We have booked rooms for 3 families. 2 families were with children. The rooms were booked in advance and the administration knew that on May 31, 2024 we would be at this hotel. The place is beautiful, quiet, the rooms are nice, with a large terrace. But the hotel staff did not prepare the rooms for check-in, the room cleaning is poor, the sofas and chairs on the terrace are dirty, there are no clothes hangers in the room, there is no trash container, there are no soap shelves in the bathroom in the shower, there are no hooks for towels and a bathrobe. In the suite, my daughter has food left in the refrigerator from previous tenants. In general, the rooms were not cleaned before our arrival. The room rate includes only 2 breakfasts for adults, and children are not allowed. When I contacted the administrator with comments, 3 hours had passed, but no one reacted, only the sofas on the terrace were wiped and that was it. When I saw the manager Svetlana, I complained to her about the above shortcomings. It turned out that the administration had not given her anything. The manager Svetlana is the only person who cares. She eliminated all the claims in a matter of minutes and, moreover, included all the children in the breakfasts. Many thanks to the manager Svetlana. The Italians spent the night there a day later, I think they took my claims into account and accepted them well. The place is beautiful, quiet, but there are many flaws. although this hotel has been operating for more than 3 years. Thanks to Svetlana's manager, I give a rating of 4, although the real rating is 3.

We visited this institution on August 27, 2023. They did not use the hotel's services, only the kitchens and wanted to see the animals.
At the time of our presence, there was not a single car in the parking lot, in the summer on a day off, and this is understandable, we read further. They immediately said that you can only see the animals tomorrow. We sat down to have lunch on the terrace outside. There were so many wasps flying that they were ready to get into their mouths, it's terrible. We've been to a lot of places, tried a lot of things, but we've never seen such disregard for customers anywhere. This place is just a top place where it's better not to be. The cuisine, which is mainly focused on game, is simply not there. If I were the owner, I would have fired this cook and the waitress girl a long time ago, who, after listening to my comments, said that this was my opinion and they didn't seem to care about it. The wasps that flew in a swarm from her words are nature. Well, the fact that the dishes are not delicious - well, it's game. The cook does not know at all what spices, salt and pepper are, does not know what dry and juicy meat is, does not know what marinade is. We tried manta rays, venison, lamb bark, all without any taste at all. There is no salt from the word at all, no one has ever heard of marinade there, apparently at a considerable cost of dishes. All the dishes were brought within 30 minutes, I wonder with what half-readiness they were cooked? Reheated in the oven? In general, we don't set foot there anymore and I don't advise others if you don't want to be upset. In a normal institution, if we were dissatisfied, the administrator would come out to talk, but this is not the right institution.
