Despite the numerous negative reviews on this branch, my personal experience of interacting with this salon is only the most positive. Moreover, both interaction with the doctor and with the consulting staff. The doctor, Elena Petrovna Degtyareva, is simply wonderful. She picked up the glasses, taking into account all my wishes, and gave comprehensive answers to all my related questions. Consultant Irina helped pick up the frame and, together with the master, adjusted it so that this frame fit perfectly. I talked in detail about the various lens options and did not try to influence my choice in any way (no obsession). And the second girl, despite the fact that I was on a "first-come, first-served basis, clearly controlled so that I could get to the doctor's appointment as soon as a window free of appointment appeared, for which I THANK her very much.
There are big questions for the staff of this salon (in particular Irina and the others).
We bought Stellest lenses for our daughter. We spent hours in silence for 3 hours in line to get to a doctor's appointment, for the sake of Elena Petrovna herself (I have no complaints here).
But when we got to the doctor today, we received our frame from the consultants with an insert sheet on which it was written: "She's a bitch!!! Another one!!!", I attach a photo. Obviously, they forgot to remove it.
Obviously, it was addressed to our order.
I do not understand the policy of evaluating clients by the salon staff. Exactly the same as how they work there, and what standards of decency they observe.
Showing the ladies at the reception desk a photo of our order and asking: whose handwriting is this? Admin Irina replied that everyone writes like that. Which can be regarded as both handwriting and evaluating characteristics for each client.
As for the apologies: there were none.
Therefore, even if they smile in your face and talk sweetly with you, it says nothing about the real attitude towards the client and the competence of the employees in this salon.
I consider this to be a complete mess in the service sector.
By Marx 23, incompetent staff at the reception, do not have the concept of a "live" queue, sat with the child for 1.5 hours before the staff informed them that they were being approached and signed up, and not that I had taken a queue for a client. The doctor is great, the reception sucks.
I only go to Cinderella on Karl Marx 23. There are professionals in their field. I recommend ophthalmologist Elena Petrovna Degtyareva. Only she was able to prescribe glasses for me, which do not give me a headache and I see 100% in them. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends.

On the website, the phone number of the office is only on K. Marx. I called, asked for the phone number of the branch on the Tank. In a very dissatisfied voice, they told him to look for himself. It's strange, one organization, but the phones of other branches are kept secret.
The desire to address them immediately disappeared.
With my +5.5, I ordered glasses in different optics, experimented, but I could only wear the ones I ordered here normally. The first time was about 8 years ago, but recently, due to a breakdown, I went through the whole quest with the search again, tried three different options, and expensive and cheap - then the bridge of my nose presses, then everything floats, I don't know what's the matter, maybe really good French lenses - but I could only wear the ones I bought here.
Everything is OK, we selected lenses for the child, God grant health and patience to the doctor who helped us not to gouge out our eyes. She's sedated anyway.
The doctor seemed incompetent, was refused a request to explain the difference between the prescription for lenses and glasses, as well as the question why the prescription for lenses is not suitable for glasses, although she (the "doctor") has a translation table. The staff is surly.
The doctor Elena Petrovna is a professional, competent consultation and very polite, without imposition and

A large selection of frames for every taste and purse, attentive staff, there is a doctor on site and a master. The production time of glasses is very short, if the frame is curved, they will always help and align.
