No, this is the first time I've met with some kind of fraud in this store. I usually bought food by weight there. Once they persuaded me to buy something else to finish off to a certain amount and get a discount. As a result, I did not see the discount, but the amount is much more. I refused the extra product. And about two weeks ago, there was some other seller, a woman over 40, and offered to buy cat food by weight from a new manufacturer Baltic and some other. As a result, I took almost 2 kg. As a result, my pets refused to eat either one or the other food, and the store refused to take it back. Minus 35 rubles in the trash!! By the way, the food smelled stale and it was worth asking the expiration date. Never set foot in that store again. Be careful when buying goods there!!!

I decided to order on the e-zoo website.by puppy kit: harness + leash. I see that the ribbon is blue, but it says the color is caramel, I called the operator beforehand and clarified whether the color is really caramel, the answer was yes!
I came to the store, called the order number 25220 and they show me a caramel leash and a BLUE harness. I calmly say that I ordered a ribbon in caramel color, to which they answer me - you have a barcode of a blue ribbon in your order😮💨
I ask what to do in such a situation, they tell me - "Order again or call the call center, I can't do anything." Although the caramel ribbon was on the store and they couldn't sell it to me, I still didn't understand what the reason was.
As a result, I had to wait until the barcode was replaced in the order for about 30 minutes, then wait until the seller accepts the goods in the store (there was a queue of 3-4 people), and then the seller tells me, you have not replaced anything, call again.
Honestly, I wanted to turn around and leave this attitude! Very unpleasant!
I called and handed the phone to the seller. As a result, they changed something there and finally sold me a harness and a leash.
