I don't know about anyone, but I'm pleasantly surprised about the qualifications of the staff!!! Now I am reconstructing my private house and in construction, as they say, "not in the tooth with my foot!", but turning to consultants in all departments, I received so detailed advice and even adjusted my purchases after learning about certain advantages of a particular product and quality at the same price, and sometimes cheaper, that I even asked questions: where are you from here, how did you all get picked up like that!? Very friendly staff, they came to each other's aid, suggested if they could not give an exhaustive answer themselves, because it was not in their competence, but there were no problems and they received an answer.
For example, it was necessary to buy a laminate around the house, I looked at the tiles in the bathroom, it turns out that a substrate is needed for the laminate (thickness depending on the unevenness of the floor), it turned out that the floor is not ideal, which means that such a minimum thickness of the substrate is needed so that the laminate does not creak, and there are also several types of laying depending on the manufacturer... I want to pack myself and then, contacting the staff (then there was a specialist Roman (I don't remember the last name)) I received such a detailed answer from him that friends, after that there are simply no words!!!! Naturally, after this, the best laminate in my opinion was chosen and now the house has what it needs!!! Thanks to Roman for his help, among other things. After that evening, I saw him more than once in the trading floor and every time I can't pass by without saying hello. I respect such people! Thanks to the Administration! And thanks for the big enough sticker discounts. That day and several more times after that, I bought for quite a tidy sum and for a 25% discount I was flattered, on such figures it is a very pleasant bonus to the above.... I just gave one sealed booklet - they give me even more stickers for my purchase and of course my next purchase is guaranteed -25% discount, gorgeous in my opinion, for wholesale :)
