The polyclinic is like everywhere else, the most important nurses and receptionists are there) as for the specialists, the ones I had to contact worked 100%. The queues are the longest for fluorography, 21 people in the queue passed in 45 minutes. The queue "for blood" passes quickly. The coupons for the necessary specialists were for the right day. The doctors were polite, they gave out the necessary directions without unnecessary questions.
It's terrible locally, especially lately. I do not want to come to the clinic at all, it is a pity that not all procedures can be done in paid centers. To get the minimum service, you must be either unemployed or retired. Unfortunately, the average person does not have that much time to queue.
It is convenient that the children's and adult polyclinic are located in one place. I don't have any negative experience in the adult clinic yet (I probably rarely go). But the children's department... It's not really possible to get through, take a ticket for another quest. The work of an optometrist is especially striking. It is written on the reception window that the ticket to the optometrist is issued only on a day-to-day basis. You arrive at 7:00 - there are no coupons anymore. They give an additional one, so the doctor does not want to take it, there is a whole instruction on how to "correctly" go to the doctor. Parking near the clinic is always occupied, places can only be found along the road.

I really liked the neurologist's consultation at this clinic. Much better than for a lot of money (for 42 rubles absolutely useless consultations of a neurologist and traumatologist) - a visit to a medical center - a Doctor. The specialist clearly explained to me that I was not her patient, although the Doctor tried to convince me otherwise. The traumatologist did not even look at the MRI disk that I had with me. And on the MRI it was clearly visible that I had ruptures of the articular bag and not problems with osteochondrosis.
The worst thing is that they will not treat here, no one cares about narrow specialists such as an endocrinologist or a cardiologist, you will not get there when because it is not realistic to take a ticket. A working person cannot compete with pensioners, and they will not be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. My advice is to go to a hospital or a paid clinic.
Make proper toilets. On the ground floor, the women's toilet is a horror!!!! The stall won't close, there's no paper, there's no soap. It's just a nightmare!

The child often began to have a stomach ache, so we have been waiting for a gastroenterologist for 3 weeks and when it will be unknown!!!! Analytes are confused and lost, it's not real to get through to the registry at all, it's some kind of stone Age, it's faster to get to the clinic than to get through to the registry!!!!!
