I have never written reviews, so I practically do not go to the clinic, only to commercial centers, including tests for a fee, but I accidentally missed the moment (I was on vacation) and did not write out a prescription for a medicine that needs to be taken every day (harmons) I turned to what the reception offered a ticket only after 10 days, and to the doctor's assistant a week later, and even added a long queue, but I will have to wait until the doctor is free. Decide for yourself whether to apply to such a clinic or not. With all their actions, they drive people to the centers so that people pay money, but who does not have it what to do???? Even if you need to spend 2 weeks writing a prescription, it's TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been serving with my husband for the first year.The husband is a disabled person of the 2nd group. We go to the clinic often. The work is organized clearly. There are no problems with coupons. The doctors are all very attentive. We went to a therapist.an ophthalmologist.an endocrinologist.They did an Ecg. There were no problems anywhere. Thanks for the good work.
I recently went to the dentist's emergency room, a ball the size of a flank swelled behind the tooth during the day (it turned out to be paradontosis). The dentist looked at it well, sent it to the pictures, but the surgeon was outraged why they should take an ambulance, they have people with coupons. I was also outraged, how can I order a ticket if there was nothing in the morning and I didn't plan to go to the doctor? When it was necessary to spit, there was already someone's blood in the swimmer... It was unpleasant.

The specialists in the help are incompetent in any matters. They send you to other offices, you sit there for hours, and you find yourself sitting in the wrong place.
Today I broke the record - 400 unanswered calls to the clinic. Not only do you have to go through all the circles of hell to get to the doctor, but it's even impossible to find out his working hours here.
It is simply IMPOSSIBLE to get through!
Even after the cherished "Your position is in queue 2", you have to listen to the beeps for 10 minutes, and after "all operators are busy" - and so ON ALL the TIME!

You are on sick leave, fever, epidemic in the country, but:

Doctors do not work clearly how. ProfMed.you go through the commission for 3 days. The most difficult thing is to go through a neurologist who does not work every day, and a therapist + conclusion who works at different times 1-2 hours a day.
I can't reach the reception desk. There is a great shortage of doctors, both in the adult and children's departments. Treatment is not always adequate. There are no pediatric orthopedists, surgeons, traumatologists, gastroenterologists.
The polyclinic is both children's and adult at the same time. Queues can be kilometers long , and sometimes there are none at all. It is impossible to reach the reception desk, both for children and adults. There are many paid services at very affordable prices.
There is no district doctor, there are queues for others, everyone seems to be trying, but they still cause discontent among residents. I use the services of paid centers.
