I would like to leave a negative review about the incompetence of the registry staff. About two weeks ago, I signed up for a neurologist on 11/23/17 .8.13 am.When I arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, I turned to the registry for the coupon ordered earlier! In response to hearing that the neurologist accepts ONLY the direction of the therapist! Question:was it impossible to say this when I made an appointment on the phone? Fortunately, I rarely have to go to doctors, and I could not know in any way that a neurologist accepts only through a therapist! I did not get to the doctor, but I heard the answer rudeness from a blonde girl on duty today, 11/23 at 08.00, I ask you to pay special attention to this and hold a conversation with the registry staff, explaining how to communicate with people correctly, and even more so, how to properly advise them! It is a pity that increasingly, because of this attitude, one has to go to private paid clinics in order to safely undergo an examination and not receive boorish answers from seemingly educated people.
