Provision of all public services. With proper organization, you can quickly complete your tasks. It's a big building, lots of employees, and lots of visitors. The work of the cash register needs to be improved, a competent young man teaches people how to use Click and Payme, and I thank him separately for his help.
I thank the locals, they are all kind and helpful)
I am pleasantly surprised that it can suddenly become pleasant to solve your bureaucratic affairs in a public institution! A coffee shop (the aroma of coffee greets from the moment the doors open), a children's playground (I was very pleasantly surprised), a large number of sofas so that people can sit and wait for a queue, an electronic queue, an interesting design inside with a national flavor, instead of gray walls. Good luck to all employees!
The house is a new building. It was built soundly. The surrounding area has been improved. There is a parking lot and a public transport stop nearby.
And the Center is so-so. It's crowded, it's hot, there aren't many benches.
A new, larger room is good, an attempt to bring our national flavor, this is a very good initiative.
In terms of the interior and planning of the interior space, taking into account the movement of people and their presence in the room, it was a little weak, to put it mildly…
In terms of professionalism and the level of services provided, there are a lot of nuances to work out.
The culture of behavior and communication is something that can be organized quickly enough
It is immediately clear that it is more important to serve the number of customers than to get into the business and really help, the struggle for more worked-out issues is in the first place, therefore, the quality of service is very lame, and so in any center of state services, unfortunately
The center looks good from the outside, there was cosmetics inside, in general not bad. There are places where you can wait in line. I went to get a PINBALL machine, waited for about an hour and a half. There were 11 people in front.
The toilet is almost dead, it would not hurt to make repairs, the state building after all)
In general, everything is fine, come.
In my opinion, the most unsuccessful Central State University, not a convenient location, small Parking, you can not put a car on the side of the road, it is inconvenient inside, the building and repair are 2 years old and everything is already crumbling.
Everyone is very polite, which is not often found in state institutions. The queue passes quickly, there is no need to go back and forth to make copies and then come back. One employee even advised me to apply through the myGov app so as not to sit in line for help that can be obtained through the app. And even Helped to register, explained everything👍🏻
The best public service center in the city, understanding and responsive staff, surprised the cafeteria (delicious coffee, pastries and amazing soft drinks)
The staff are all polite, but sometimes everything goes slowly, the electronic system may not work. I recommend it to foreigners, there is less queue here. The room is new, spacious, and can be expected in comfort, compared to other service centers.
Friendly and courteous staff, but there is no control so that they do not take 10 coupons in one hand, which creates chaos in the PINFL office. It's better to come in the morning.
It has become much more convenient. It is easier to get an ID card or passport than at the passport office. The staff is polite and helpful. I have repeatedly solved various problems, they always help and explain.
They provide services quickly and efficiently.
There is a bar inside where you can have tea/coffee. There are enough seats to wait.
Probably the only state organization that works the way it should.
Thanks to the staff of this institution.
I arrived at the opening after lunch, was second in line, there were 2 more people after me. A foreign citizen, did PINFL in the 26th office, at the reception they immediately helped with the number. They said to come the next day, it will be ready. The service is very excellent and pleasant.
Beautiful and pretentious, I would say. Services are provided quickly. One employee was rude. He was probably a security guard. He wasn't wearing a guard's uniform, but he behaved like that.
Another plus and at the same time a minus: there is a cafe and a playground. Why is the cafe there? I didn't see a toilet, if in the long run people will sit there for hours. It would be better to make it possible to print and photocopy. I really needed it, and in the early morning everything was closed.
There is a separate service fee. At the same time, for some reason, they do not give a QR code for the provision of services, which is a little confusing.
There is no separate generator for the light. Which is also an ill-conceived minus, because documents are being issued and you have to come during working hours (from 9 to 6, Mon-Fri, which is also inconvenient)
If you need a PINFL, then it is issued only in the 26th office, in the same place as the application for a foreign passport. Digital coupons don't actually work, because in the morning a crowd runs in and everyone climbs without waiting in line. At the same time, only one employee works in the office and very slowly. You can sit for half a day without a result.
I received an EDS. There were 30 people in line in front of me. The queue came up, after 30-40 minutes. I think it's a good speed. The service is high-quality, the operators calmly explain everything

I wanted to say that there are few specialists. They work very slowly and unhurriedly. The boss is unhurried. What to do if there is no time.? They kick from one place to another. I wanted them to work properly. Until you ask them to do it, they don't want to work, they just work off their working hours. Please take this into account.
They work terribly slowly, after sitting in line for 3 hours, half of the employees decided to go home without waiting for the end of the working day, despite the fact that many more customers are sitting, they had to shout at everyone waiting!
Everything is not bad here, the only thing that caught my eye is household soap, or rather a dirty and overused piece of soap in the toilets near the sink, which is scary to pick up. In short, they never washed their hands)
There are always terrible queues, it is better to go to the public services center of Yakkasarai district, there are fewer queues and the staff works smoothly
I give 4 stars after reading a lot of negative reviews -I probably partially agree with the authors after a personal visit to this institution. I am not a resident and, of necessity, I came to make a PINFL, it is required in many places. When trying to take a ticket to the queue, IT IS NOT CLEAR AT ALL WHAT AND WHERE, THERE IS NO SPECIFIC INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO CLICK, after trying to ask for help from an employee, he also did not know where to click and in general what a pinfl is And this is very strange. The second employee helped and quickly gave me a coupon, I immediately say you need an office 26, and do not expect your coupon to light up, find out who has the last one with the same letter and get in line and this is also funny, but people who come and do not accept coupons by agreement, so be more bold, and then everything is fast, they make out quickly and the next day everything is ready. But as for the PINFL registration, I CAN'T SAY THE REST. Good luck to everyone
everything is very fast and clear, there are a lot of sofas inside, all windows work, the room is well cooled, the staff are polite and ready to answer all questions
I liked everything: the conditions, the staff and the attitude towards visitors. There is a playground. There is a mini store. There is a normal coffee. Parking for cars and waiting areas are also normal.
I want to mention this place separately! Getting to this place is very convenient and fast. Cleanliness and order. All staff are in their places in a timely manner and all documents are processed in due time! You won't have to wait long. At the reception, everyone greets you with a smile and always gives you the information you need.
The "Single Window" is a really convenient reform of the provision of public services in Uzbekistan, where you can pay fines in one building up to the registration of marriage. Polite and friendly staff work in the building, there is also a playroom for children (very important if you are with a child), a coffee shop and even WiFi. In a word, everything has been done to make you forget about stereotypes about state institutions!
But if you need to issue documents for a newborn or you are a foreigner who needs to resolve issues with the migration service, then unfortunately you only need to go to the place of request (registry office or Passport office), since the "Single Window" does not have such powers yet!
I have been to many branches of Yagon darch and this is not the worst, there is a queue, but compared to what is happening in other branches, it is still tolerable here
The electronic queue did not work, then the program began to hang, in one office and prem and passport issuance, one employee is still trying to make it there.
