The goods were picked up at the pick-up point, everything seems to be fine, but... less than a few days later, the unit simply "saw" the camera, it was not connected to any. First of all, they opened the operating instructions, the instructions say that if the unit stops detecting the camera, hold down the "reset" button located at the bottom of the unit, and it's true, it's there, but! To press this button, something thin was needed, when trying to press this button with a thin object, there was no result, because simply nothing was pressed there, even a thin object simply went somewhere deep into the block, as if there was no button there... We decided to remove the cover of the baby monitor in order to still get to this very button. When the lid was removed, the button was found, they pressed it, did everything according to the instructions, and, wow, it worked... But the music didn't play for long. The next day, the unit stopped "seeing" the camera again and already pressing the "reset" button did not lead to anything. We decided to contact the 21vek service center, left a request on the website, no one even thought to call on this request, sent only an SMS message the next day in the evening that we could bring the baby monitor to the pick-up point so that it could be transferred to the service center. The next day, we took the baby monitor to the pick-up point, where she was accepted and told that they would contact us. Again, no one was even going to get involved. About a month later, when patience finally broke, we decided to dial 21vek ourselves and ask where our baby monitor was, and they said: "The service was denied to you because you were disassembling the baby monitor (removing the cover from the unit)." Fine. No one even cared that the baby monitor was brand new, there was no damage either external or internal, but the service was refused. Okay... They said again that they would contact us, and what do you think? Silence again... No one needs anything, and YOU should get in touch, and the store absolutely does not care about you or your product. It's been a week, two, three... Patience was already running out again, and we decided to dial the store again - they said on the phone: "But we don't know anything... we don't have any information at all, wait until you are contacted." That is, the store does not even have a clue who, what, what and where they handed over - the answer to everything is "They will contact you." The store's policy is wonderful, but no one was going to get in touch to this day. Until you have bought the product, you will be consulted, contacted, but as soon as you have made a purchase in this store, you become an absolutely uninteresting person for the store, which you can spit on as many times as you want, because if you have already paid the money, why would the store work hard, call you, tell you something? If this "client" calls himself, HE NEEDS IT, so what do we do, let him call himself, or else call them again... Don't we have enough to do? We're not actually playing with toys here, so you need to, as a customer, you call. This is about the position of this store.
01/15/2020 - to this day, again, no one has even called... They dialed again... And what do you think they told us? That's right, they said: "The technical department will contact you, wait." Here we finally got these similar store responses with the same template words and the following sounded from our side: "And you give us the number of the technical department, we will call you ourselves." The answer, of course, is again according to the template, everything is as taught: "We do not have such information and we do not have the number of the technical department either, expect to be contacted." Again, no one knows anything, we only know how to sell, and then - your problems, dear, although what a respected one... What is all this actually leading to - I categorically do not recommend this absolutely irresponsible store, you will only lose your nerves.
And finally, let me remind you once again of the policy of this online store: while you have not bought anything, you are needed, when you have already made a purchase, you are garbage. I'm sorry, but I don't have the patience anymore, and I don't have the nerves either.
It would be cool if this 21st century really came, but for now I'm reading a book somewhere in the clouds, later in an unfamiliar city I'm running along the pyron and I want to believe that it's time to rejoice in our lifetime

The quality is depressing, and the time frame for calling back and solving service problems is incredibly long. I am pleased with only one consultant, Anastasia, who tried to solve the problem and understood that even with a discount, it is better not to take such a technique.

The same story happened when they ordered a bedside table for a washbasin. They also arrived late at night. As it turned out later, the cabinet was apparently on display and small defects were found. But we did not return it, because we were still working on it ourselves and there was no desire to wait another half a month later. I used to like the store. Now it causes only negative emotions. And the prices are no different from the prices in regular stores. Promo codes are a complete mess. I do not advise contacting them
