I rent a radio under warranty 2 times, no defects were found in the 21st century, and it does not work in the car after two days. At the same time, all other radios in the car work without problems, but they do not change to another one. I am sure that it will work for a maximum of 5 days and you need to go back to the service center, and we will do the same again. In general, the warranty period is dragging. I was already disappointed, but I was a regular customer.
Everyone talks culturally and asks "how to help", but in fact they are not going to help in any way. If you have something wrong with the product, you are very unlucky and this organization will not help you!
A huge selection of products, but the third time I order 2 products, the wrong ones come. Nobody cares. The wrong ones, don't take them, we'll send them back. To re-order is good. As is, ordered without notes in the problem, without establishing the reasons, etc. The wrong one came, so what. Don't mess with your head. I can't figure it out for the second week. This is the approach.
Damaged or defective goods often arrive, you have to re-order and come again, and given the constantly huge queues, it's not very fun. And the prices are acceptable only when there are promotions and discounts
The staff is polite and pleasant. The main drawback is that there is no electronic queue, if you order before the holidays, then get ready to defend an unknown queue, as employees give out the first product that came to hand. I picked up my order after Black Friday and stood for about an hour, there were people who came much later than me and left earlier, that's what I mean about the electronic queue.

I bought tires, they brought last year's ones. The product is shown only after payment. The discount is generally a mockery. I bought it for 800 rubles and nothing. As I understood it, I used bonus points for 1.3 rubles - that's a big deal. The feeling is very unpleasant.
