The same story happened when they ordered a bedside table for a washbasin. They also arrived late at night. As it turned out later, the cabinet was apparently on display and small defects were found. But we did not return it, because we were still working on it ourselves and there was no desire to wait another half a month later. I used to like the store. Now it causes only negative emotions. And the prices are no different from the prices in regular stores. Promo codes are a complete mess. I do not advise contacting them
A lot of time was spent on solving the situation with the MacBook and the fact that it showed artifacts. The first MacBook that I bought was 2017 pro, on the same day there were artifacts on the screen, as a result, the laptop was replaced, and I took 2019 pro with an additional payment, the screen died the next day, and information from the service came that everything was fine with it, but when it returned (the act of surrender was the next day) It was scratched and had small holes. As a result, the money was returned, but Apple equipment is clearly not assembled at the factory, in Alberts in the basement. The quality is depressing, and the time frame for calling back and solving service problems is incredibly long. I am pleased with only one consultant, Anastasia, who tried to solve the problem and understood that even with a discount, it is better not to take such a technique.

The main drawback is that there is no electronic queue, if you order before the holidays, then get ready to defend an unknown queue, as employees give out the first product that came to hand. I picked up my order after Black Friday and stood for about an hour, there were people who came much later than me and left earlier, that's what I mean about the electronic queue.
A huge selection of products, but the third time I order 2 products, the wrong ones come. Nobody cares. The wrong ones, don't take them, we'll send them back. To re-order is good. As is, ordered without notes in the problem, without establishing the reasons, etc. The wrong one came, so what. Don't mess with your head. I can't figure it out for the second week. This is the approach.
I rent a radio under warranty 2 times, no defects were found in the 21st century, and it does not work in the car after two days. At the same time, all other radios in the car work without problems, but they do not change to another one. I am sure that it will work for a maximum of 5 days and you need to go back to the service center, and we will do the same again. In general, the warranty period is dragging. I was already disappointed, but I was a regular customer.
All in a bunch. Parking is small, but the positive attitude of the staff towards any visitors outweighs all inconveniences.
